I have used this company a couple of times now and have always had great service. Smooth drop-off and pick-up from Heathrow T2, will definitely use again.

First time using this company and I'm honestly satisfied since they were right on time with the pickup and drop-off.

Ravi made the whole process very straightforward. No time spent waiting.

If I could give them 0 Stars I would have.
Checked mileage when I dropped car off at their facility. Upon return the car had travelled 5 miles. Ok not a lot, but when I checked the Dashcam the car was driven to splash Kingdom Windsor and parked in a field with loads of other cars for the duration of my holiday. It was only brought back to the facility for pick up on the day of my return. Not secure, no CCTV, nothing. STEER CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY!

Good information to make sure I arrived safely in the right place friendly and helpful staff in particular my handler on return P Sivq ensured my car back got back to me safely

Excellent service from the company and especially from Nishan

Maz very efficient & helpful. Called me a t baggage that car ready. I had coffee and came .
However what I didn’t know at the time was that my car steering wheel had been altered and not reset. I subsequently had to do a 4 hr motorway drive with difficulty transferring from accelerator to brake because of obstruction by steering wheel.Staff regular training on such potentially dangerous matters.

Nishan was lovely, on time no waiting around, very straight forward

Very good service when dropping off my car and from Nishan when collecting it again from terminal 2. After getting through arrivals quite quickly he had my car delivered just a few minutes later

Very smooth experience throughout. Phones were always answered. Instructions were clear, staff were polite and helpful. Drop and collection were speedy.
My car was at least as clean as I left it, and had done less than 10 miles.
No complaints really. I will use again.

Excellent experience from start to finish. The booking was straightforward and the meet-and-greet service ran perfectly. On arrival at Heathrow, the handover was smooth and the staff were very friendly and professional.

After my flight, which was delayed by two hours, I informed them and there was absolutely no problem on their side. They were flexible and understanding, unlike some other companies I’ve used in the past. Rahul brought my car back very quickly and was especially pleasant and efficient. I don’t recall who collected the car on departure, but the whole process was seamless. The car was returned promptly and in the same condition. I will definitely use Terminals Parking / ParkGiant again and highly recommend them.
