Dear Vishakha,
We are surprised to read your statement of “None Delivered,” as it does not align with the documented work completed in your case.
For clarity:
• 1,400+ job applications were submitted on your behalf for roles in Germany.
• You successfully received the Opportunity Card visa with our complete documentation and guidance support.
• Your profile was optimized and actively managed as per the agreed service scope.
Our full package includes structured job search assistance and visa guidance — it does not guarantee a job offer, as final hiring decisions rest solely with employers. This is clearly communicated before onboarding.
While international job searches can take time due to market conditions and employer criteria, the services committed to you were delivered and are fully trackable.
We stand by our process and our commitment to transparency and professionalism.
Untrustworthy Service Masked by Fake Praise
If you are asked to pay for job search assistance, read below to know how they cheat. Every 1 star rater here is speaking the truth. This is a scammer who will pursue you to apply for a visa, then fail to deliver jobs, and finally tell you to “just go there and search.” They waste your time and money with no accountability.
Here’s my story:
I was not actively seeking a visa or job abroad; TerraTern’s marketing team approached me after I clicked on an ad. Their representative assured me that Germany had “open doors” and that my resume was “perfect,” promising interviews, high salaries, and easy placement. Multiple calls, discounts, and urgency tactics pushed me into enrolling despite my financial struggles.
What followed was a nightmare. They applied to over 1,300 jobs posting on a jobsite to JD's requiring German proficiency they knew I didn’t have, setting me up for rejection. I attended over 90% of their complimentary classes to be at par, completed assignments, and gave full commitment, yet when I raised concerns there was no response nor was the company contact picking up my calls, their grievance handler dismissed me with a template excuse: “You haven’t attended classes correctly.” to only pause and check when I stated the actual facts. This shows how many people have been misled with the same line.
I borrowed money under pressure, only to be told later that language proficiency was the barrier; something they knew from the start. Their responses arrive without even naming the person responsible nor providing a contact number to discuss further, and they never had the courtesy to call me directly.
This is not “assistance”; it is exploitation. TerraTern hides behind non‑refund clauses while profiting from false assurances. I feel deceived, financially burdened, and deeply disheartened.
Verdict: Misrepresentation, unethical marketing, and zero accountability. Avoid at all costs.

Dear Megha,
We take feedback seriously and would like to clarify a few important facts for transparency.
TerraTern does not guarantee jobs, salaries, or visa approvals. Our signed agreement clearly outlines that we provide structured job search support, interview assistance, and visa guidance — not job guarantees.
In your case:
• 1,300+ job applications were submitted on your behalf.
• You received 4 interview calls.
• With our support, you successfully obtained the Opportunity Card visa for Germany.
• You were enrolled in complimentary upskilling and language support sessions with tracked participation.
Germany’s job market often requires German proficiency, which is determined by employers — not by us. We consistently advised language improvement to enhance your chances. While we facilitate applications and interviews, final hiring decisions rest solely with employers.
We understand that international career transitions can be emotionally and financially challenging. However, the measurable support and outcomes delivered in your case do not reflect the allegations made.
We remain committed to transparency and professionalism.

BEWARE OF TERRATERN'S JOB SEARCH…
BEWARE OF TERRATERN'S JOB SEARCH ASSISTANCE SERVICE. Job Search Assistance service offered by Terratern is a scam. They only know how to get you an opportunity card visa to Germany. Apart from that, all that they promise you abt job search is fake. Do not believe what Terratern commits on job search assistance & get fooled by their words. They do not have any network for placements abroad. They bluff all nonsense which is not as per the agreement. Before even the JSA support period is over, Terratern will stop their services. Nobody in Terratern will respond to your calls once you make the payment. They are worthless & fool candidates, without any better job to do. Very soon Terratern will be on the NEWS for Scamming people on Job search assistance service. Stay Away From Terratern fools.

Interviews received: 5
Thank you for sharing your concerns, we understand how disappointing this feels when you’re counting on momentum in a new market. Our records show we actively supported your search: more than 1,700 applications were submitted, five interviews were arranged, and we provided complimentary language preparation as well as step-by-step guidance when you chose to withdraw your visa through VFS at no cost. While we prepare, apply, and coach, interview outcomes and hiring decisions rest with employers, and language proficiency is a common prerequisite set by them and the authorities. We continued assisting within, and in several places beyond our agreed scope; this is not reflective of a “scam” but of the realities of employer-led hiring. We’d like to review the timeline with you and ensure nothing was missed; please reach out so we can go over specifics together. We remain committed to clear, timely support and to helping you move forward.
An exceptional IELTS journey with Purvang
Before coming in touch with the experienced mentor like Purvang, I was not cognizant of my intricate weaknesses, while attempting the IELTS mocks. Thanks to the detailed sessions, I was able to identify my weaknesses, like reading, vocabulary, and fluency. It gave me ample opportunity to work on these with Purvang. I am ever thankful for these and look forward for crossing paths again.

had a very disappointing experience…
had a very disappointing experience with Terratern Immigration. I was initially promised that I was eligible for the Germany Opportunity Card, Later, after a mock interview with their own German HR, I was told I am not eligible without B2-level German language and 5+ years of experience – which I clearly did not have and was never informed about earlier.
Then I was pushed into their Canada PR process, and told again by their team that I’m eligible. But when the actual process started, their Canada team said I’m not eligible due to less than 67 points. When I asked for clarification, my assigned point of contact stopped responding.
This clearly shows poor coordination, misleading promises, and a lack of transparency. They are now refusing a refund and trying to divert me into a student visa or other options I’m not interested in.
I strongly advise everyone to double-check your eligibility and think twice before trusting Terratern with your time and money.
