TerraTern

I had a very disappointing experience with Terratern. I paid ₹70,000 for their German Opportunity Card and job assistance program, which they claimed would include German language classes, job application help, interview scheduling, and visa processing support.

However, after payment:

Only a few basic classes were provided,

Not a single interviews were ever scheduled,

No visa support or concrete job leads were given,

Communication became inconsistent after payment.

They made big promises during enrollment but failed to deliver even the basics. I feel cheated and misled.

I strongly advise others to be cautious before trusting this company with your hard-earned money. Don't believe of fakes review Please do thorough verification before signing up for anything.

The visa process for Indians aspiring to explore opportunities abroad is a journey filled with hope, anticipation, and its fair share of anxiety. As I reflect on my own journey, I want to take a moment to express my deepest gratitude to Terratern and especially to Gitanjali, who was my dedicated SPOC throughout this process.

Gitanjali went above and beyond—patiently addressing every concern, guiding me through each step with care, and handling every challenge with the utmost attention. Her support made all the difference.

A big, big shoutout to Gitanjali for being such a strong pillar of support. Thank you for helping turn this dream into a reality.

My experiences with Terra Tern has been great so far. Everyone that I have came to know are nice, polite, friendly and patient. They are dedicated to their roles. There is transparency. I feel secure from day 1. I have no doubt that Terra Tern will keep up with the good work. God bless them.

TerraTern provides excellent services and support to their clients with immigration information. Yogesh and Afreen at TerraTern are great and knowledgeable people who are helping me with my jobsearch and mock interview and preparing me for the best. Would recommend TerraTern to others.

They Guides and Clarify doubts clearly
Before expected time they fix an appointment

Initially I met with a few hiccups with getting assigned the right person for the services which I had availed but Noor who onboarded me solved my query and I got in contact with Saumya. Her approach for the resume and being available for a discussion to resolve my detailed queries was something admirable.
Secondly for my mock interview, I had my first session with Shreya and she was patient enough to take my time and answer the queries from an interviewer's perspective.
In the end, my experience is good till now as I have had availed another such service like this but I was never given time to solve my queries and help me out even for my doubts.
Hopefully, I can write another interview after I land my job from my targeted country.

Good service, Afreen from the operations team helps alot in document closures for my Visa process.
