The customer service at terreignclothing was first class. Almost an immediate response to my emails. I was getting twitchy due to Royal Mail delays with it being so close to christmas. They chased it for me and guaranteed a delivery before xmas even if they had to resend on a next day delivery with no extra charge. As it was my order arrived and straight away I was so pleased with the quality. So well made, great fit and I love the graphics (Winter limited edition camo hoody) and the fleece lining in the hood was spot on with the temps dropping today. I was so pleased I ordered another straight away and im sure I will get more. Great work, quality clothing that has a unique touch and perfect for the outdoors adventures.

Ordered a hoodie for my partner and it came within 2 days of ordering. Unfortunately fitting was a little small. Emailed them and was given the address to send back too and within 24 hours had an exchange code to reorder a bigger size which arrived again super quick. The returns was the easiest I have ever used and the team were really helpful.

Ordered the lined hoodie, best hoodie I have ever purchased, extremely comfortable and warm, use for early morning dog walks ( throw over pj's) and after open water swimming. Couldn't recommend more will definitely be purchasing the other color.
