Absolutely garbage car, missing parts, had been in an accident. Their customer service strung me along and said they were going to make it right as one thing after another went wrong, and eventually just stopped replying. I disputed the transaction.

Completely awful company. I booked a rental for 2 am when I was expecting to be ready after I arrived in my flight. And I booked and paid for a reservation which they let me pay for and book. And went about my night. Then I realized I miscalculated and was arriving 2 hours sooner than I thought. So I reached out to the company before they closed and no one answered the phone. Ringing and ringing and ringing. When I finally hung up I got a text saying they were busy and I should text. So I text and waited an hour and tried to call back again. This time they were closed. About 20 min later someone text me back. And when I asked to change the time a couple hours before. They told me “there is no one in our verifications team to verify your account and they won’t be in until 9 am. “ so I booked and paid for a vehicle. THEN WAITED HOURS OF WASTED TIME I COULD HAVE USED FINDING A REPUTABLE TRUSTWORTHY COMPANY TO DEAL WITH. INSTEAD OF WASTING TIME WITH THIS COMPANY THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS WRETCHED!!! Go to a real company. You’ll regret dealing with these guys.

Horrible company. They say they take out all the bad part of car sharing that Turo has and it’s not true. They say they pre scan the renter NOT TRUE. They say they have ample coverage for damages not true.

Multiple occasions where renters decided to park the car somewhere and leave the car and I had to Reposses the car. They said they would reimburse me and they didn’t. They need to be sending tow trucks at their own expense and Reposses cars.

The final blow was when one of my cars got into an accident and they promised to pay for the damages in 2-4 bussiness days. Took weeks and weeks of my badgering them for the reimbursement for them to pay.

Then a few weeks later another car was rented and crashed. They DO NOT SCREEN RENTERS WELL.

They aren’t a reliable legitimate company that I would rely on to a car worth more than $10 on. Don’t trust them and stick to turo.

They aren’t better than turo and definitely not worth risking your car on their platform.

Turo isn’t great either but at least they respond and will pay when needed and have proper Insurnace coverage.

Do not rent from this company! They keep your $500 deposit although they said there was no damages with the car. I took screenshots of the one time I charged the Tesla for $11 and they charged me $29 on the invoice. There was a maintenance issue with the car that was scheduled on the Tesla app so not sure why they gave me a broken car, had them pick it up because it wasn’t functional and they agreed to fully refund me then suddenly decided not to. I’ve reported them to a BBB, asked to speak to a supervisor and they refuse, currently in a dispute against them with my bank to get my money back.
