Great service. A dream !
Is the first time we use this service to rent a car. And is outstanding, the quality of the service and the timing of the communication is just perfect. We where in need of a car to drive to the hamptons from JFK and no way to find a car with any rental service. Finally I found this service and is just a dream. Everything is really perfect. I wish all big brands of rentals could learn about you ! Congratulations !

Again giving a another review because I…
Again giving a mother review because I paid this company Tesla Rent $213 for a rental. Never received any type of confirmation. When I went to go pick up the Tesla after I “reserved” there was no one there. I tried calling the place but like I said they had to have blocked my number. It doesn’t even ring anymore.
This place definitely took money and is not even making themselves available to help in regards to giving a refund.

Hello Jacari, thank you for providing us with your contact information. I can understand your frustration, here’s what happened - you made a booking at 2am for a 5am pickup on the same day. At 2:14am, our payment processor, stripe, sent out an early fraud warning on the card that you’d used to make the booking. At 2:58am, our team sent you a cancellation notice email to the address you used to book (different than the email address you provided here) and fully refunded the payment (these usually take 3-5 business days, so it should have already posted in your account). It seems very likely that the email you provided at booking was incorrect or misspelled given that you received neither the booking confirmation nor cancellation notices. I hope you can understand, we interface with a significant amount of attempted fraud on our site with scammers tryinf to book using stolen credit cards etc. In your case, given your feedback, this appears to have been a genuine attempt that was mislabeled as fraud by stripe. If you’re willing to provide us with additional information so we can verify your payment and identity, we’d be more than happy to book you in again at your convenience for free at our excellent expense. A great adventure
Decided to rent a Tesla for the adventure of it. Delivery of the car to me was seamless. Amir stayed to explain the car and answer my questions. He even answered a couple of texts during my trip when I had them! The car itself (Model X) was fabulous (but bigger that I am accustomed to driving.) Every place we stopped to charge, there was a community of people ready to share their experiences as well. We were approached several times about the car by strangers. “What’s it like to drive?” “Can we see how the rear doors open?” Even the most rural areas, there was no problem finding a Tesla Supercharger. There were a couple of glitches with navigation (it told us to turn where there was no road, so we had Waze as a back up.) Would definitely rent again!

Overall the experience was a positive…
Overall the experience was a positive one. As a first time Tesla driver, we appreciated the quick tutorial (virtual and in person). The rental process was easy and the agents were just a phone call away to answer any questions. And of course, the Tesla was an out of this world experience. It was hard to go back to my regular car.

A new, modern way to rent a car…
The remote pickup/drop off was a breeze. The car drove wonderfully. Liked having a personal contact for support (Kay was awesome). Would highly recommend and will use for all of my rental services in the future.

Amazing service
Amazing service. Cheaper than a non electric traditional car from one of the traditional big rental companies. Their prices surge and increase in park periods like the Fourth of July wkend. Plus teslarents were able to deliver the car to my door for a small price. Insignificant compared to the cost of traveling to a place re time and inconvenience it would of been.

My thoughts about the process
My thoughts about the process, it was really easy to check out and upload your license, the process to identify yourself is quick and easy. Finding the cars location was a bit of a challenge but once I found it getting in the car and driving was really easy. The automated process from checkout to driving the car away was super easy and convenient. The PIN to start the car is a great idea. Would use again in the future. Thank you.
