Smooth process
Everything went smooth with the exception that I was unaware that the money sent through PayPal would be put on a hold. Once I verified the tracking number it then took another day to receive my money. All in all good company!

The whole experience was awesome
Customer service was fabulous, I received my box in a couple days, sent it off & within 3 or 4 days I received my payment... I looked into many different websites & Test Strip Search pays the highest amount by far... Thank you TestStripSearch.com...

Thanks for the review. I am sorry your brand does not pay much. We are actually the only buyers (I believe) who purchase that brand. It just has a low demand and resale value. We get creative and find places to resell it, but it is considered a generic brand. It is still a perfectly great strip of course, just "off brand." We do our best and hope that even smaller amounts of money make a difference for you.

It’s always a scary process when you’re going to mail something off to a company and hope that they are going to pay you. A few days after I mailed my stuff off I had payment I will definitely use the company again.

Picky company
Although the process was quick I was not paid for two boxes one boxes was stated a blood drop was on box I do believe a small stain could of been on box however second box was fine was told excessive amount of glue on top of box if this is the case was provided no proof of damaged boxes I feel company was using excuses to not pay out properly

Sorry you were unsatisfied. We can only pay for boxes that are in sellable condition. We try to educate our customers on exactly what this means and we always pay you the most we can. Unfortunately, some boxes just cannot be resold. Blood or glued boxes are two of the conditions that make it impossible for us to use the boxes. We appreciate your feedback and hope to get a chance to show you how great we are with satisfactory boxes.
