Our experience with Texcel Developments Ltd has been excellent. The team has been highly professional, responsive, and supportive throughout. Communication has been clear and consistent, and any queries or issues have been resolved quickly and effectively. The overall service has been smooth and reliable, and we are very satisfied with the experience.
Amazing service. Prompt response when I first acquired about the property and Graham was very helpful and polite when showing me around. Property is in great condition and very fairly priced. Both Graham and Clare are very quick at responding and helpful if I have any questions and easy to reach.
Professional and reliable agency. They provide all the necessary information and handle property repairs and maintenance promptly. Highly recommended.
Been at London House since September and honestly couldn’t ask for a better setup. The space is clean, professional, and exactly what a growing business needs. We have recently moved into the office space and the landlord and the team have been incredibly helpful and flexible. Our move from the previous office came with challenges and our new landlord has been so accommodating and genuinely wants to make sure we are happy with the space and service. Would highly recommend.
We have recently moved into one of the large office facilities in one of the Texcel Development buildings and the transaction was smooth, the flexibility and support during the fit out and move in was a fantastic experience. Graham and his team have been nothing but helpful to make sure my staff and the move was perfect! Looking forward to the years ahead in our new home! :-)
My experience as being a Tenant of Texcel Developments Ltd has been an extremely positive experience as it was my first time renting a shop. I have been a tenant since 2019 and they have always responded promptly to any queries and even offered free advice over and above what was required when I was in need. We lease a large warehouse and other smaller units from Texcell Developemnts Ltd and have done so since 2014. They offer an affordable rent package with excellent levels of support. Reliable & friendly with outstanding customer service. We are currently in the process of renewing our current lease (2 years early) to ensure long term stabilty in our business, the lease is uncomplicated and felixible to suit both parties.
Graham, Claire and the team at Texcel are fantastic. The offices are great, and there’s always someone on hand to help and support as needed.
