Take your time and double check
Sales: Dealt with Lorenzo via email, very good experience but make sure you double check quantities and understand what items are and what they do. As I was ordering for myself and getting someone to install, I was clueless on what I needed so really useful to be able to give my size requirements and let them work out what materials and quantities were needed, but still I needed to go over the quote to ensure that the amounts were adjusted to be correct.
Payment: very simple and clear
Delivery: Very helpful and able to meet delivery date I had requested. Delivery via pallet, all nicely cling wrapped and secure, delivery driver was pleasant and helped me move pallet into my garage. I wasn't able to thoroughly check delivery against picking list as it was all tightly wrapped at the time, and sadly the spacers had been missed out (fortunately my installers were able to work around this with some other products they were able to source on the day), still it was rather disappointing.
Product: very pleased with the quality and look of the fence panels etc, good internal ribbing to provide extra strength and all film wrapped to protect the anodised finish during transit and installation.
Overall : very happy with the process and dealing with Lorenzo and the company. They provided excellent support to my installers on the day.
Yes I would recommend them and yes I would certainly use them again.
