Gail at the Garden Furniture Company was so helpful. We purchased 2 x Hartman Buxton 3 seater lounge sets and are so thrilled with it. It's made the patio look so much bigger as it's so less bulky than the wicker models.
Would thoroughly recommend both TGFC and the quality of the Hartman furniture.

I used this Company for the first time, the item sent was defective sadly. I contacted them and IMMEDIATELY they sprang into action to find me a replacement and within days it arrived in perfect condition. I certainly recommend THFC. Great customer service from Gail who was friendly and helpful. I ordered a rattan bench but unfortunately she contacted me to say it couldn't be delivered as it was found to be damaged. It was the last one they had as the bench had been discontinued. However, she contacted the warehouse to see if there was anything she could do and was able to source the bench just in a different colour, which was great news. Really pleased with service and bench. Would definitely recommend using TGFC.

I bought a HARTMAN VIENNA 6 SEATER RECTANGULAR DINING SET from TGFC in 2022. They allowed our order to be delayed as we were having work done in our garden. We were very pleased with the furniture. When the parasol broke after less than 2 years use this year, they replaced it free of charge. They were responsive to my emails and easy to deal with.

We recently decided to replace our aging patio table and chairs. After much searching we decided on a Hartman Vienna set. Again we searched and fortunately found TGFC. The price was really competitive with immediate delivery. TGFC were excellent and kept us informed throughout the process. We are very pleased with the set now installed in our garden.We would not hesitate to recommend this Company.

We bought a sofa from here 2 years ago and were pleased with it and the service. We recently had a new patio and wanted to update our table and chairs. I went to TGFC and saw a set I liked but wasn't sure as my Wife was away. After a week of pondering I went back and had a chat, I was told that if my Wife didn't like it I could return it! So, I bought it and a coffee table at a very reasonable price and they were delivered within half an hour (not saying that would always be the case obviously) I could not have bought this any cheaper anywhere and I certainly wouldn't have had better service, 100% recommended. Thanks.

Purchased an item that turned out to be faulty. Contacted TGFC, who required evidence of the fault, which was sent. In a matter of days a new item was delivered. Thanks to TGFC for their help and assistance and resolving the problem so swiftly.

Excellent experience with this company. Great product but slightly damaged on arrival. Customer services very helpful and understanding and issues dealt with immediately and professionally.

So impressed with the customer service at TGFC, we had a problem with our new parasol, I emailed on a Sunday and got a reply immediately and within a few days a replacement was sent with absolutely no hassle at all

Before purchasing I asked if the furniture could be delivered on the day allocated and not be moved or switched to another day as delivery was to a different address.
Nothing was problem, and the communication throughout was reassuring and professional.
The furniture duly arrived on time and is lovely.

Can't thank them enough - ordered an item with a dispatch date longer than I wanted to wait, communication with both the provider, TGFC and myself was good throughout and resulted in an earlier date being agreed thanks to the efforts of the customer service team. When I received the product I thought there was damage - they immediately got in touch with the provider and sought an explanation of the design feature that, ignorantly, I thought was a flaw - excellent customer service throughout the process with good communication at the heart. Thank you everyone at TGFC.

Awful customer service. Ordered outdoor furniture and being said cover material is waterproof, pillows are weaterproof and could stay outdoor all year. After this winter I found all covers and pillows covered in black mold. They refused to replace pillows, because there was a small note on the instruction leaflet "pillows are better keep inside during winter". OK, missed that (but again, on website it is stated - can be outdoor all year round), asked to replace the cover, because it must stay outside (stated on the same leaflet). After months of waiting (not in stock) their customer service told me it is back in stock and can be shipped for 200 pounds! I would not recommend this company to anyone.

My mother is delighted with her beautiful garden furniture. Delivery was within the stated timescales and we were kept fully informed along the way. Emails were responded to within a couple of hours (including one sent early evening). I would highly recommend TGFC - exemplary customer service and fairly priced quality products.

This is a fantastic company to deal with! They do what they say they will do and keep you informed all the way along the line. Emails are answered promptly - even had one about 10pm one evening! Their delivery service is second to none also. Delighted with my furniture and their service, and would highly recommend them.

From the moment we ordered our garden bistro set to post delivery the service was absolutely first rate, even answering my queries up to 8pm.

You can’t phone them at present but they do exactly what they say - answer their e mails promptly.

The price was great and they even located extra chairs for us.

Would use again and highly recommend them.

Ordered some a new garden sofa in early April when demand for garden furniture was at its peak. Although there was a slight delay in delivery, I was kept up to date with progress and the price was £100 cheaper than the lowest price anywhere else. There was also an issue with a piece of furniture when it arrived (the manufacturer not the retailer’s issue) and TGFC were very helpful in sorting this out. Great service at a great price!
