It’s a scan or at best non functional dropshipper. Took my money and never sent the product. Customer service does not respond.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS BRAND! It is a scam. I had sent them multiple emails and waited weeks and I never got any response.

It’s just a scam with a good advertisement. I payed and received nothing. Thanks to paypal for going after them and getting my money back cause they ignore and ghost you when u reach out.

Ordered a "melt" case for iPhone 14 Pro Max. The product was not shipped for 4 months. I had sent 4 emails over 3 months asking when the product will be sent and then another email attempting to cancel the order. I had to dispute the charge with the bank twice causing me lots of stress. When I surprisingly received the case instead of being a shiny metallic finish like the photos it was a cheap plastic matte material, the case did not even fit my phone, and then the MagSafe ring fell out! It arrived wrapped in plastic like you would expect an item from temu instead of a nicely packaged box. $85 AUD for a cheap $0.80 mass produced item. It is confounding why it took so long to ship in the first place.

Placed an order with them for around $100 waited 10 weeks. Reached out via email, instagram and other channels multiple times with no repsone this company is a complete joke and I will be putting together a lawsuit against them

I placed an order with them three weeks ago and still no progress on my order. It remains in “confirmed” status, even though they advertise fast delivery within two to three business days.
I can understand that delivery might take a while, but three weeks later, the order hasn't even been processed. It's just a joke.
What's more, I've sent three emails and contacted them via their website and Instagram, with no response!
I don't intend to leave it at that.
If I don't receive my order, I plan to take legal action with my lawyers.

I ordered a case for my phone, but a month after buying it I still haven’t received any news about the delivery. I didn’t even get an email saying if it was sent. The client service doesn't respond. It really sucks because the design is very cool. I see that I'm not the only one in this situation, so don't buy it.

Pay and then you get scammed

If I could put -100, I would. Don’t trust this company, I ordered in July. They promise to deliver within 10-15 business days. When the order was 3 weeks overdue, without my shipping status changing, I messaged them. After 3 attempts, I got a generic email saying that there is a delay by another 10 days ( by the way the shipping tracking number is not even working anymore). When the 10days were up, now they no response to any emails, no response on IG messages, they also deleted comments under their posts (and I wasn’t the only one saying ‘respond to emails’, their chat on the website - they are never online, and don’t return to your messages’
I do hope their scammy website gets taken down

I contacted them via Instagram and email, but I never received a response.
Don't buy from this site. I can see I'm not the only one who got scammed when I see the comments...

Bought a case that advertised MagSafe but it doesn’t work. Has never responded to emails or insta dms like advertised so impossible to get a refund

I should have looked up reviews on trustpilot before I made the purchase but here I am now few months later just regretting my poor decision making of buying from them. Their phone cases cost like 40 bucks each and I bought two thinking they were pretty, and they sent the wrong size (which obviously dont fit) and one without magsafe lol (they advertise them to be magsafe). So as soon as I received these incorrect/faulty products, I took pictures of them and contacted through Instagram and customer service which they do not respond to at all. So rude for sending out wrong products worth 80 dollars and then not even replying back to the consumer when they keep posting feeds and stories on IG big thumbs down. The audacity to gulp 80 bucks that easily for some piece of trash that I cannot even use. I even kept the faulty products for several months thinking they would get back to me someday and I recently threw them out during moving

If I could give 0 stars I would, this is a fraudulent company. If you order an item you will never receive it. I have contacted them via email, Instagram, TikTok, etc and never received a response back. They will steal your money and completely ignore you, do not waste your time with this company. I do not know how they still have a running website and social media presence.

I ordered months ago and my order never arrived. I was recently fortunate enough to dispute the transaction with my bank and received a full refund. But the crazy thing now is that ‘ThatEon’ are disputing my refund even though my purchase never arrived. BEWARE.!! Avoid at all cost.

Order came in about a month. Expected a metal case that’s somewhat a decent quality. The quality is poor. It’s pure plastic and feels very cheap. Chrome texture gives off toy plastic vibes rather than heavy metal vibes. Total disappointment.

This site is a scam. I ordered over a month ago and haven't received anything in the mail. I messaged them on Instagram, but there was no response... Emailed them and still no answer. I wrote comments on their posts, and they deleted them. Don't waste your money.
