The first time I used it, the gel starting burning and stinging within 30 seconds. I asked Theratone 3 times for help with the burning and they offered no advice at all. I was almost begging. Then when I asked for a refund, they said everything had to be original packaging. I had already told them I had used it once and my skin was burning. They do not care that their product causes injury. Please do not buy this product. It’s dangerous!

I had a few issues before even receiving my product and have to say the customer service of this company was top notch. It did take a few months to receive, and sadly I messed up and sent my product to my mother-in-law's address by accident. When I finally received the product and started using it I was disappointed that it's not re-chargeable and I have to be near a plug to operate--not helpful. The videos all made it seem to not have a cord. It's just made the product difficult to use.

Do not purchase from this company. There is not customer service and no one to contact. They sign you up for an ongoing subscription against your knowledge and then you cannot cancel it. There is no-one to contact to discuss this with. Even if you change your credit card they still try to charge you. I have been trying to stop this for three months. Extremely bad customer service. Do not purchase!

Complete scam. Ordered it on the 3rd of December and still waiting for it to this day (20th of February). I even bought the $5 shipping protection. Of course no one is answering emails. What a scam.

Wished I had read these Reviews before I purchased from them. I have one of the same complaints about making you think you are paying for the Theratone Unit with a Gel bottle attached, and then making a purchase for a 2nd one before the order ends. You only get the unit with 1-bottle of gel instead of 2. Haven't used the product as I wanted to get this settled first, but support is not constant on replies and don't provide you with what you ask for. I have emailed them numerous of times asking for a Return Label or info on how to return the product for a Refund since I have not opened or used the product because of there false info and poor customer support. Still nothing after several days. I have also tried searching online for a return address for this company and can't find it anywhere, so tomorrow I am calling my bank and reporting them as Fraud and get my money back that way. If someone here ever posts the return address for these idiots, I will return the product, but in the mean time, it will just stayed packed back up until then. I'm not about to try and use the product and prevent myself from returning it, if they do happen to send me the info. Also from other reports here, looks like the product is useless in the first place, so not taking that chance on this. Hope if someone is able to get a return address that they will post it here so the rest of us can at least return it if our banks give our money back. Big lesson for all of us to learn, is to always use Paypal when paying for something online, as they will back you up completely in a circumstance like this and go after those morons. I have had to do that a few times with Paypal, and they have never failed me when I need a Refund on something.

DECEPTIVE BUSINESS PRACTICES. WHEN ORDERING THE DEVICE IS SHOWN WITH A BOTTLE OF GEL. THERE IS A SECOND BOTTLE OFFERED AT $25.00. SINCE THE DEVICE CANNOT BE USED WITHOUT THE GEL AND IS SHOWN IN THE PICTURE ALONGSIDE A BOTTLE OF GEL THE NATURAL ASSUMPTION IS THAT IT COMES WITH A BOTTLE OF GEL. IT DOESN'T. SO YOU THINK YOU ORDER AN ADDITIONAL BOTTLE OF GEL BUT YOU AREN'T, YOU ARE SIMPLY ORDERING A BOTTLE TO MAKE THE DEVICE WORK. PICTURE SHOWS THE DEVICE AND GEL FOR $66.50. BUT SINCE YOU CANT USE IT WITHOUT THE GEL ITS A LIE.

Never used. I plugged it in to see if it worked and it is nothing but glorified child's toy. They want a video of me using it and how I use it. I told them that I have not used it because that is their policy. They do not want to issue refund. Those that have given positive reviews are probably the scammers

If I could rate 0 I would. The shipping said it would arrive to me in 3 days. It took 21 days. Once I got the device it didn’t work, and the gel was not as advertised. I reached out for customer service and they did not respond. Money wasted

Theratone.co is a scam! I reported to my credit card company as fraud.
I purchased two pink theratone devices with two tubes of gel on December 1, 2025. On December 27, 2025 I received the wrong items and no gel. The devices were white and had some type of plug-in EMS shock pads to attach. I contacted them on December 28, 2025 and told them that I received the wrong devices and I wanted a refund, and I included a screen shot of my order confirmation with order # and pictures of what I ordered . They replied saying, send them my order number (again?) and pictures of what I received. I then sent them 3 pictures of the items and packaging. Their reply was that supplier is out of stock, again asking for order # and pictures . I resent all and demanded a refund. I needed an address to return items since website has a different address then return address on package. No response. Yesterday, January 15, 2026 I emailed them again demanding a refund, and stated I was reporting them. I disputed the charges on my credit card. They replied saying they would refund after they receive items back, but they gave me a private home address in California and phone # is non working. I looked it up, found name and occupant at that address. Nothing matches website or packaging. I emailed back that I disputed credit card charge and I am reporting them to Consumer Affairs and police, and I sent a screenshot of their California home, and their name that came up! The address in website is an abandoned office! No response! This is a scam! Di not buy anything from from Theratone.co

I was given a defective device and I contacted Theratone so I could get a replacement. Was told they were sending my 'video' that they asked me to send them on the product to the tech team.... still haven't hear anything back. I cannot find a telephone number to contact anyone.

The 3x extra gel that I ordered is not the same as what I received.
I tried it before I realised when going back into the original purchase that it’s not blue/ purple or states that it for firming, unfortunately when I tried it my face burned like a really bad sunburn ( that’s before I even started the device) and when I immediately washed off it stung my face and went so red like sunburn and the heat that came from my face, was very painful!
Just warning others to try before you put on your face … but should not have happened if the correct supply was delivered, I did it get what I paid for,. Yet to try the device but very sceptical now..it feels cheap and not quality made.

I do not understand your return instructions. How do I know if this device works satisfactorily or not if I do not use it? Are you saying that the only money back guarantee is for shipping damage and not performance

Not happy with this at all. what is the return process? iut sasy if you are not happy with the product you can return it in 30 days, but the fine print says the product must be unopened and unused. How am I supposed to determine if I think the product is good and working?

Over a month and still nothing, company send very generic replies to emails. No refund so far.

When I received the package it was damaged
My product looks nothing like the picture
. The video shows it's cordless it only turns on when it's plugged in There is no name on the machine on the box. It just says skin care options on the instructions. It just says three and one beautifying machine does not have a product name anywhere to be found.
The cream is different. The wand is different. The wand feels like a cheap piece of plastic. The buttons seem cheap and the gel that I got is a orange tube not a blue and purple

No order like so many others, these people are thief’s and scammers.
Ignore contact and no refund.

I have been waiting for this device since I ordered December 4th. I tried to request a refund with no response.

I never received my order. Order was untraceable. Zero response from company.
