Excellent 5 ⭐️ service from start to finish I learned so much about my hearing loss and what I could do to better my hearing moving forwards. So glad I took the plunge and had a hearing test it was a real wow moment when I was given OTICON REAL 1 to try out I had no idea how much loss of hearing i was experiencing until then, a remarkable difference wouldn't be without them now , thank you Georgia 🙂 🙏 .

I had the privilege of meeting Georgia in clinic today for my consultantation. I felt very relaxed and comfortable to talk over my concerns. Georgia carried out the necessary tests explaining each one in depth with added photo footage to show me the results. These test confirmed my suspicions. Advice was given and I was placed on a call back in 2023.

Georgia was incredibly helpful. She did a very thorough set of hearing tests and explained the options available to me based on what would support me at work and at home. Everything was very well explained and my health history listened to prior to the tests. A very professional and pleasant service.
Thankfully all us well currently which is great to know as hearing is so precious and I will certainly be back in a couple of years.

Despite having my ears syringed and micro-suctioned many times in the past, this was the first time I’ve used The Hearing Care Partnership.
Following the recommended liberal and frequent use of softening oil before the appointment the irrigation treatment received was the most comfortable, easiest and quickest process I’ve experienced.
My ears were 100% clean and hearing restored so easily. I will use their service again for sure. Thank you.
