Faisal was brilliant at my appointment and an expert in the field. I would describe Faisal as kind, person centred and welcoming. The procedure for ear wax removal was well explained and in a calm setting, reassuring me of any anxieties I had. It was nice to not feel rushed and have plenty of opportunities to ask questions. Faisal was excellent and I would recommend to friends and also use this service again myself, if I ever needed it.

Highly commendable service during a review by Faisal at the Wetherby branch. Had been having trouble with static noise in one of my oticon opn S1 aids which did need to be sent off for servicing, and I am very grateful to have been given a temporary replacement.
Faisal was very professional and interested, whilst also explaining things in an understandable manner. He took the time to ask explore how my hearing loss can affect me and in what specific situations, helping us decide how to adjust the current settings. Very helpful tips on how to better use my smartphone with the aids for calls, music etc.
Very pleased to have the real-ear measurements performed today to fine tune the hearing aids to my needs.

Having suddenly lost all hearing in my left ear and with limited hearing in my right ear - I contacted The Hearing Care Partnership. I met Faisal, who gave me great hope that a substantial improvement could be provided to both ears - I was somewhat sceptical!

I now have my Oticon More "bionic ears" and they are just amazing - life changing! I cannot thank Faisal enough for his time, patience and clear explanation of the process we were about to embark on. An outstanding experience!!

Salma was very thorough explaining all the options in detail and at the collection and fitting of hearing aids thorough explanation - Salma put me at ease from the outset - excellent service and hearing aids come up to expectations! My only query would be that I personally would have found it helpful to have a rundown in black and white of the different options available from the outset as difficult to take all the options in in one visit as obviously a difficult decision when it involves such a large amount of money!!

I just wanted to say how friendly and professional Salma is. I experienced sudden deafness in my left ear and so I was very concerned. Salma extracted the wax from my ear, which I can say was a painless experience and such a relief!
I have no hesitation recommending Salma, she is wonderful!

The care and support from Salma was absolutely second to none. She was so kind and helpful and made sure my mother received the best possible service. The new hearing aids will transform my mother’s life and I cannot thank Salma and THCP enough. Outstanding service!
