I got shafted
I went through the process to define my Spirit animal just for fun. I declined the full package and then move through a series of offers until I reached one that offered a download of the image for $19. I chose that and refused the full portrait for $89. What happened? I ended up with a charge of $107 dollars and a portrait shipped to me. Very deceptive practice.

We believe there may have been some confusion. Indeed, when you create your portrait and begin the purchase process, you are presented with three pricing options for your portrait. In this case, you selected the $89 option. Various additional offers were then presented to you, and you chose to select a new portrait for $19 (different from the initial portrait).
You received all payment confirmations by email, including the pricing details.

I am delighted with the results of my print (totem). I was curious but didn't have high expectations when I answered The Atelier's simple questions online. Which elements & colors do I identify with? I uploaded a passport photo which was full-face & the result was a nuanced, semi-profile which could not have pleased me more. The result, provided in SECONDS, was rather astonishing. My personality & features were captured exactly. Who knew technology could "see" me clearly? The print was mailed in a triangular box to protect it & it arrived quickly. Would I do it again? YES

I believe the portrait of me and my spirit animal is the most beautiful I have ever seen (other than my wedding day photo). Quality of Portrait is stellar.
