I inherited a house in February this year . It was it a bad state of repair. I contacted Oliver who i had known from his previous estate agency's that he had worked for . Once Oliver agreed to help me sell the house which i need to put into probate, I was contacted by kayleigh. What a pleasure this young lady is . The house sold was being completed through solicitors for the estate but I was able to give input and felt auction was the right route. The service provided by Kayleigh at The Auction Group was second to none. Kayleigh was very knowledgeable, helpful and kept me updated at all times. We chose the Auction Group as the house required lots of work to bring it up to standard and we did not wish to have sales fall through. Yes, maybe we could have got more monies via an estate agent (as I wasn’t aware the buyer paid £6,000 to the Auction Group as well as our £2,400). However, we sold pre auction, above our reserve price and completed and received the monies within 24 days. Overall an excellent service and I would be very happy to use them again.

Recently sold my house through the Auction Group. Had hoped to sell it via the more traditional route but the house needed a lot of work doing to it to bring it up to standard and it was suggested that selling via auction was my best option.
I was a little wary to say the least. The sale was dealt with by Faye. I have to say she was brilliant. Really helpful. Explained everything clearly without any jargon. And if she said she was going to do something she did it. It’s so refreshing to get someone who says they will call you back who actually does call you back.
The sale went through very quickly. Any fears I might have had were quickly placated. When I have listened to the issues and problems others have had selling their homes through more traditional methods I’m glad I chose this option.
