The Auction Group Avis

I would like to express my sincere appreciation to Callum and Kayleigh for their highly professional and competent service provided. They kept me fully informed throughout in both a friendly and accessible manner. I would highly recommend this firm and I would definitely use them again in the future.

The service I received from the auction group and in particular Kayleigh was beyond expectations. She was very knowledgeable and very proactive in getting the property sold despite obstacles unrelated to the auction group. She was 100% professional in every aspect and kept 'the ball rolling' from start to finish. I have another property which will need to be auctioned and will have no hesitation in using the auction group again. Thank you Kayleigh

Everyone kept us updated at all times. It was a fast and easy way to sell our house.

I had to sell a house quickly due to a stressful situation, and The Auction Group made the entire process feel manageable and far less daunting. Their communication was incredibly smooth — they were easy to reach both by phone and email, always responsive and clear.

What really stood out was the strong professional advice I received, which ultimately led to the house selling for the price I was hoping for. From start to finish, I felt well-informed and genuinely looked after. I can’t thank them enough for their support and would highly recommend them to anyone needing to sell with speed and confidence.

Many thanks to Emma and team for all your hard work at a very emotional time selling my mother’s house. Professional and caring and we felt involved at all times

A massive thank you to the full team, I sold my grans house which was an emotional and stressful thing to take on but the team were just amazing from start to finish which was only 4 weeks! There was no stress in doing lots of viewings- one block viewing and the offers come in and sale agreed! No chance for the buyers to mess about so quick and easy which was great for the full family!

You guys are awesome 🥰

Having had a property on the market for over a year, with 7 sales fall through, Callum at The Auction Group has made our lives so much easier. From the moment he became involved the communication has been outstanding and the property was sold within two days. Callum has worked tirelessly to keep things moving, despite a number of setback with conveyancing, and has ensured he has called us all the way through. Couldnt ask for a better person to be handling my father in laws home and we are extremely grateful. Would highly recommend!!

I recently bought a property from the Auction Group. The team were very professional, honest and kept me updated regularly. It really was a pleasure to deal with them. Would highly recommend....
