Someone who actually listens and and understood
The gentleman who I spoke with today was kind compassionate and more importantly actually understood why I am making this decision. I have already done some of the hard yards myself in getting someone to admit face to face they did not act appropriately and with integrity, so now I am happy to leave it in the hands of the professionals who can move forward.
