Bad shipping time

Ordered in November it’s now been a…

Ordered in November it’s now been a month only to be told they will deliver late Jan 2025. They really need to work on their business delivery process. It’s not worth $30 a fee if you’re having to wait that long. Fix your delivery process or give your customers an update on the delivery time, been a member since June however the delivery is a big let down for customer experience. Other than that I am happy with all of the goods I have purchased so far.

I just sneezed with a mouthful of milk

Everything is legit but takes AAAAGES to to process.

They might sell stuff they don't even have in their inventory, but they let you know and offer a refund/replacement.

Otherwise, very cool scheme, cheapest legit stuff I can find definitely worth the 30 a month. Would be 5 stars if I won a raffle.

Paid membership: 30 Day shipping in Australia

Great online marketing, membership great, range is great!

But the time it takes for you to get your order is ridiculous. Why does it take so long? I was advised by the customer service, 20 days before it's dispatched and 10 days shipping?

This is th service for a paid member? Wow. If you fix the shipping part of this site. You would be unbeatable. But till then, you are sooo wrong for playing people.

I've been advised 2 more weeks till I receive my Jordan's that were supposedly in stock..... In Europe somewhere. Fingers crossed.

And this raffle thing, is it even real? My gut says no. So, unless you post people winning then I'm sooo doubtful of this business

Will happily change my review if the above turns out to be true.

Great service

Ordered from them a dozen or so times and so far it’s been an amazing experience, the products are all authentic and their customer service has been amazing. The only thing I believe they should work on improving should be their delivery wait time sometimes the orders can be delayed for an extended period.

Jordan 1 Mocha Sneakers

I have not received the product that I purchased and no communication from Retail Correction at this stage to inform me why delivery has been delayed.
Update 10/10/24: They have responded to email and advised delivery status will be updated next week.
Update 18/10.24: Sneakers have now been delivered. I recommend Retail Correction but you just need to be patient.

this company is a joke, i received some fake yeezy x gap merch from them and they are refusing to refund me i will not be buying from this company ever again due to long shipping delays, fake items and them begging customers to give them good reviews in exchange for "store credit"

Product was really good and authentic/shipping Delays

Product was really good and authentic, I purchased several items which was all of great quality. However shipping times were ridiculous and was waiting for over six weeks for some of the items, customer service also slow and average communication.
