After reviewing the case, we can see that the return was arranged independently through Evri without contacting us first. We do not use Evri for returns and instead work with DX Freight and Royal Mail, following the return instructions provided to our customers.
As the parcel was sent via an unauthorised carrier, it may have been lost in transit, and unfortunately we have not received the returned item. Because the rug has not arrived back with us, we are unable to process a refund.
We would kindly recommend contacting Evri directly to investigate what happened to the parcel and obtain an update on its whereabouts. Had we been contacted before the return was arranged, we would have been able to provide the correct return instructions and approved courier details.
We are sorry for the inconvenience caused and hope Evri can assist you in locating the parcel.
