Customer service
Material and fit was great however the particular shirt that was sent to me had an emblem on the chest that was stitched on crooked which makes the t-shirt look as if it were a defected garment. Reached out to the Virtu the same day I received the product which is now going on four weeks and haven’t got any response yet.
UPDATE - customer service reached out kindly and did not hesitate to rectify my issue by sending out a replacement garment immediately. Even offered a special discount on a next future order.

Great quality product and excellent customer services
highly recommend the products and the company overall. Bought a diamond t-shirt as a gift. The quality is great, looks fab on and the sizing guide was accurate.
I contacted the company prior to ordering as wanted for a birthday present in 2 weeks and the website does state orders can take 21days - was advised it would arrive in time however it didn't. When I contacted them again their response and compensation was above and beyond. Always impressed by a company who are willing to acknoweldge mistakes. I would highly recommend the products and company.

I mistakenly ordered a XL Tshirt

“I ordered a bunch of shirts and leather coat from The virtu over christmas, and I was amazed at how quickly it arrived. The packaging was secure, my items was undamaged and perfect. The customer service was exceptional, as they kept me updated throughout the entire process. I had a question about the product, and their support team responded promptly and professionally. Overall, my experience with the virtu was the best, im looking foward to doing more business with them. Thanks for exceeding my expectations every time.
The quality of there products is perfect, the material is soft and fitted, the leather lambs skin coats smell amazing feel soft and are cut to a perfect fit. Pricing is fair and cant be beat for the quality and you definitely get the value for your money...

Excellent item; exemplary customer service
Ordered a t-shirt and it arrived in due time as each item is hand made to perfection. The item looked very good and I liked it so much that I wanted to upgrade and get a more expensive item. I contacted them for a return and I was offered a free returns label pretty quickly. Excellent customer service and products. Will definitely be buying another item soon.

Almost but not quite
I was interested in the embellished Medusa T-shirt but since it's rather expensive, I decided to buy the plain metal T-shirt first to test size and quality. The quality is excellent and the fit was perfect EXCEPT it's extremely long; too long to wear untucked like on the model. It reaches almost mid thigh on me. For reference, I am 6ft 205lbs and orderd an XL. Unfortunately, won't be ordering the Medusa T 😩
