I bought a 3doodler for my son for Christmas. It broke after two uses. No replacement sent and no refund given. Automated reply each time. Do not buy it breaks easily and the service is terrible.

So many creative ideas, not enough time
Love this product! Hours of creative fun: got so into my project, lost track of time completely. Hoping to use it more now that we're all stuck at home. Cannot wait to teach my nieces to use it!

Disappointment
Purchased the 3Doodler Start as a Birthday gift for my 11 yrs old and she got to use it twice. Clogged after 1st use and I was able to clean it out. Clogged after second use and we tried to clean it out before we put it on the charger. Unfortunately not able to unclog it. What a disappointment.

We are sorry to hear that your first try with our product is not the best, this is certainly not the experience we want to offer to our customers.
Know that we take continuous improvement and feedback to heart. We are always looking for ways to better our products. Jamming is not uncommon, especially as kids tend to sometimes cover the point of extrusion when doodling. If the plastic cannot get out of the pen, and instead builds up in the pen, then it jams it. The CS team has support calls that they can schedule to help you through unjamming the pens, and best practices too!

terrible customer service and product.
Absolutely the worst product on the market. Don’t even get me started with the customer service. Opened it up and tried using it to have it not work after 30 minutes. Customer service wanted me to pay for it to be shipped back and stated until they see if it’s my fault they wouldn’t reimburse me. They wouldn’t just ship a new one out and then figure out what was wrong with this one. They were very rude through email and after 77 emails I gave up. Piece of garbage along with some of the worst customer service out there. Everything could have been solved if they just sent me a brand new unit so I could enjoy it, but instead they said no they wanted to see this one first to make sure it wasn’t something I did.

This is my first 3D pen.
This is the fisrt 3D pen I've purchased, I watched a fair few Youtube videos to pick something that would suit me. My 3Doodler came in good time and as it was as described on the 3Doodler website. I'm pleased with my purchase. Haven't tried using it yet but I hope it exceeds my expectations.

very bad shipping
exorbitant shipping price (more than half the price of the items) for very slow shipping and the custom declaration was incomplete (no value statement on the package) so the custom is sill holding the package waiting for proof of value.
I strongly advice against buying from them unless you live in the US.
Treatment of European customer is awful and their product is hard to find in Europe so they use that to make us buy directly from the US website.
I liked their product but the company policy and customer treatment is very lacking at best.

Only US orders should be placed on our site, there is a separate store for international customers. Our international shipments do not come from the US, they ship from our international warehouse abroad. The prices of shipping are based on the rates that are provided to us by our shipping partner. We are always working tirelessly to negotiate better pricing for our customers around the world. We work with many distributors to try and make our products more attainable for our customers.
