Brittany in customer service was so helpful! They deserve a good review after my experience I don’t believe half these bad reviews. I opted for full coverage insurance because why not?! Didn’t need it! Thanks for everything 3 Brothers!

Do not use this company - absolute crooks. I booked a move with them and had 7 days to cancel for a full refund of my deposit. I cancelled in this window as our plans changed, and they acknowledged that the deposit would be returned. However, it has now been 4 months and I have not received my refund. They claim they have sent 2 checks via mail (confirmed the correct address) and they keep “getting lost in the mail” but they will not give me a tracking number for these mail items. Additionally, I paid my deposit online through a peer-to-peer payment system and they cannot explain why they cannot return the payment electronically and instantaneously via this format. Absolutely unacceptable and unethical. I will likely be taking legal action to reclaim my payment, and thus far this has been a huge waste of my time.

This company is a SCAM. I cancelled my move well within the 72 hours and it has been over 4 weeks with no Refund. I put a deposit of $1150 down and have not seen any of it returned. They are rude and unprofessional. STAY AWAY from this company

The initial person I spoke with asked for a rough list of items since I was not home and really wanted to book my reservation before I got home. We did just that. As promised, later on we took a real inventory of everything. The person on the phone was very nonchalant about everything and assured me that nothing would change despite my reservations. Of course when the moving company shows up the price more than doubled.

I called customer service and after almost an hour of constantly calling finally someone picked up but only saw the original packing list as well and assured me that their “management would be notified”. That’s all well and good but I do not have the money to pay the movers and they are, at this moment, taking a small portion of my items. I am left now to figure out how I am going to get rid of the rest of the items by TOMORROW MORNING.

I have 0% change of making this happen so, wish me luck. But don’t worry, their management will be notified…… don’t ever use this company. They could care less about their customers and will leave you in the dust as soon as you transmit the payment. I am US military and urge caution on anyone else in the military who is on constant time constraints to stray as far away from this company as possible.

I couldn't have asked for a better moving experience! The team of movers from 3 Brothers Moving & Storage were respectful and skilled, making the entire process much less stressful. Their customer service was top-notch, answering all questions and accommodating special requests. I highly recommend their services to anyone in need of a reliable and trustworthy moving company.

Marty was the best person to deal with my moving he was easy going, extremely helpful! Satisfied all my moving needs! Made our families move extremely easy. Would recommend 10/10

I’m so confused. I don’t normally leave reviews cause I think they are bs. This company was recommended to me by brother after they used them a few years ago. I can tell you they that I couldn’t remember what was in the storage units (it had been 5 years) but when they got out there to pickup, I had forgotten about dozens of items. Any bad reviews on here I have seen are talking about upcharges. I had more stuff, so unpaid more…it was pretty simple. They didn’t break anything, they were respectful, and they were timely. I didn’t sign up to date these guys, I just needed some movers. People seem so sensitive these days.

Horrible. They will tell you anything to get you to book. Then when it's time for your stuff to be picked up, be ready for plenty MORE CHARGES. Don't use them! They won't answer your calls when you call to get some help.

3 Brothers Moving & Storage loading and unloading process was a thing of beauty. Their team of movers worked seamlessly together, making sure that everything was carefully packed and unpacked without any issues.

Stay well away from this moving company. Will sell you the world and lock in delivery dates and then put the price up post move AND change the delivery dates AND not communicate with you at all. I have sent numerous emails, made telephone calls, not one response. I don't even know where my stuff is at the moment and it has been 4 weeks. TERRIBLE!

It’s a bait and switch business. They get in with a low price and subcontract out to another mover that will upcharge once they are at your place. They take little care to actually know what you have and are looking for a fee.

Excellent service! Professional, handled with care, on time. Just an all around easy stress free experience. Made a huge move much easier! I had Anthony as my rep and Sarah for customer service. Both were extremely knowledgeable, helpful and a pleasure to work with. Would highly recommend and definitely will use again if ever needed

I recently just planned a move to Florida, from Maryland and had by far the best experience I’ve ever had moving using The 3 Moving Brothers. Previously in the past, I have had to hire movers, and we had the worst experience so I was a bit hesitant having to do that again. Not only were these guys super professional and polite, but they took their time wrapping, loading, unloading and unwrapping all of my furniture. The actual price we paid was with in $100 from the original estimate that we were provided which is very rare to find these days, especially with moving company’s. Marty not only goes above and beyond to make sure his clients are satisfied, but you can tell he truly cares and he makes sure every move goes very well.

Honestly wish I could give a better review. The actual customer service has been pretty good with one exception on a call where I got interrupted quite a bit while trying to figure out what was going on. They contracted with a carrier called "Unlimited" which has been awful. They were quick to pick up my stuff but let me know it would be additional cost due to the space needed, which was fine, I was sort of anticipating that. I was also told it would be "a few days" until they were able to ship. It has now been two weeks and they still have not shipped and delivered. Initially it took about a week for them to even find a driver, but now it's delays with the truck. Which I'm sure is something that happens, but I was told "we can't keep hounding them on an ETA. The owner of Unlimited does not take well to people hounding him".

I'm sorry, if you want to be in a business where you are responsible for peoples livelihoods and you don't want to be hounded, then get the hell out of the business.

3 brothers has been relatively fine but if they try to contract with Unlimited, tell them you want someone else. The experience with Unlimited has been horrendous. They do charge by cubic feet instead of weigh, which is a red flag as well. They hounded me to put a deposit down to secure the delivery and never truly did a walkthrough. I did waive that, so that part is not all on them.

I do very much appreciate that 3 brothers was on top of things and gave me information as quick as they could, but the carrier (Unlimited) was awful with communication.

Using 3 Brothers was a wonderful experience from start to finish. They arrived on time for pick up and handled everything with the utmost care and delivered everything to my new home quickly and efficiently. They provided great customer service from beginning to end and answered any and all questions that I had. 10/10 would recommend!

Love this company. Used them to move my 2 bedroom condo at a great rate. They were quick to give me a quote and answer all of my questions!!

The company subcontracted, I believe so they can tell you to look them up on the government website and see how great they are but that is a shell. The company that actually showed up to move me, looked around and said it's going to be double the cost of the estimate because my furniture is "not Ikea furniture so not stackable". I don't know why the default would be assuming everyone has the same furniture but I can assure you my furniture is not oversized or odd. They then tried to bully me into having them deliver early and when I tried to resist, said they would charge me extra for storage since I wouldn't accept delivery. My stuff made it and in one piece but unless you want extra stress and to pay double the estimate, don't use this company
