Absolutely awful service
Absolutely awful service. It was impossible for me to cancel my car insurance policy and after more than 5 phonecalls explicitly telling them I wanted to cancel my breakdown assistance they are still taking money from my bank account. I was told that there was a record of me asking to cancel and that I probably won't get a refund even though I told them 2 months prior to my policy ending. This is a scam. They are taking money from my account and I have told them on multiple phone calls I was cancelling. Avoid at all costs.

We recognize how frustrating it is to experience ongoing automatic payments after repeatedly requesting the cancellation of your car insurance and breakdown assistance coverage. Having this unresolved despite your previous calls is not the standard of service we aim to provide. We are actively reviewing our cancellation logs and communication records to investigate what occurred with your account. Corrective action will be taken internally to address these processing delays and prevent similar issues from happening in the future.

WATCH OUT - ANNUAL QUOTES RIDICULOUS
I was quoted to renew my membership a STAGGERING €480.00 which is far more than my insurance policy including breakdown assistance. I have been a member of the AA for over 25 years... I drive a 3 year old car.. and have used their service LESS than 5 times in those 25 years.... A total rip off. I went online and put in my details with correct address and phone number, and changed my name slightly and used a defunct email address.... friends of mine also did this on my behalf.... €90 - €150 is what was quoted and NOT €480.00... so for everybody who does their business by automatic payments..... WATCH OUT...... you could be paying far more than you should. Needless to say I am not paying €480.00

I would like to commend Aaron Wilson for his exceptional assistance. He was extremely helpful, polite, and knowledgeable while helping us revise our home insurance policy. Aaron took the time to explain everything clearly, answer our questions, and provide us with a revised quote. His professionalism and customer service were outstanding—we need more people like Aaron.
