Looks better than new!
Fantastic service! From when they took on the job of repairing my car after it had been hitvtye service was impeccable. Picked up my car and dropped off a courtesy car when they promised it. Kept me updated on the status of my car regularly and when it was brought back to me it looked better than new! Thank you all again!

All ran very smoothly
All ran very smoothly, the replacement car was delivered by a very helpful driver. Car was returned in a couple of days, looks perfect.

Didn’t complete all repairs
Copthorne branch carried out part of the repairs and never contacted me to explain why they didn’t deem the other damage was not due to accident I had, despite issues starting immediately after accident.
