My car was collected at the expected time and returned five days later having been repaired well within the ten days quoted.
On inspection the bodywork repair appears to be excellent with the car restored to pre-accident condition!

The process was made very easy by helpful and efficient staff. Timings worked well and the vehicle looked like a new car on its return. I was kept informed of the progress of work.

Excellent service.
The service I received was excellent. I had to ask for a specific date for completion and although this was a day or two sooner than I was told initially they did everything they could to help and the car was returned exactly when requested, thank you.

Katie in the office was so supportive and helpful and told me everything that was going on, including that you were waiting for a part to come in.
My vehicle was repaired promptly considering that Easter came soon after and you were able to give me the type of courtesy car i asked for.
