Ordered some panels for one room, just as an experiment, and the acoustic in the room for video call were very much improved, so we did another room. The Acoustics Store are great, they understood our requirements and responded very quickly, even when our installers used too many fixings and The Acoustics Store send additional fixings for free.

Extensive choice of size, shape and colour of panels. Ordering easy, delivery within a week as promised. Good quality panels and fixing kit. Fixing to ceiling straight forward. Because we fixed our panels close to the ceiling the uncovered back of the panel gave a yellow-hued shadow against the white ceiling - rectified by attaching white cartridge paper to the back. Perhaps a covering of the back of the panel could be offered as an option?
Noticeable improvement to acoustics of our previously echoey dining area.
