Excellent product and great customer service
I recently purchased some Sunda Raft Circles and Sunda Wall Circles. My musical corner is in our kitchen so aesthetics were very important. They look stunning and have enhanced the look of the kitchen. But of course the best thing is the improvement in sound, it’s astonishing! Customer support from James was first class. Highly recommend this company and their products.

The customer service has been extremely personal and efficient. The ordering process was smooth and delivery as stated. We are really pleased with the products too which have been very effective at softening the noise in our office meeting rooms.

Home office echos solved.
Whenever I took a call in my home office people said that it sounded like I was in a tin can. I have added one 40mm acoustic panel on the wall behind my computer monitor and the problem has been resolved. The panel is close to the colour of the walls so you barely notice it is there. The room also feels cozy now the echo has gone!

Great Company and Service
Had a great experience with The Acoustics Store. Andy and James were great to deal with and more than helpful in getting me the right acoustic solution I needed for my YouTube studio and the echo has reduced a considerable amount. The panels looked great and there was damage on a couple of panels due to delivery, but the team worked hard to get a replacement sorted as soon as possible so I was able to complete the room on a timely basis. Overall a great company to work with and will definitely be ordering with them again soon!

Perfect Solution
Spoke to James via online chat and helped us through what would be best for the size of space we had. Delivered on time and easy to install as well as looking great and providing much better acoustics in our bar area.

Excellent customer service!
James and the team gave a really thorough, personal customer service experience and were a pleasure to communicate with.
They kept me up to date on the progress of my order throughout the process and were very easy to contact via both phone and email. We had a small issue when our order arrived but James was quick to respond and resolve.

Great service and value
