Horrible quality of material and customer service.
This company runs out of Pakistan. Not “American” for the name “The American Jackets”.
They sent me the wrong parcel - charged me the international shipping fees.
Rejected my return because they had to interpret pictures of the item to “approve” the return.
Now stuck with jacket I didn’t order, quality that is horrible, and charged for shipping.
Smh - what a Busch league company and operation.
Deceitful, misleading.
Poor, poor, poor.

Didn't receive what i ordered! Way past the arrival date they gave me. Absolutely pathetic! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS P.O.S. "COMPANY"

I ordered a wool coat from them for this winter season, and it turned out to be excellent. It has now become my daily wear.

I ordered this winter jacket for my trip to a colder climate, and it worked wonders. It’s now my go-to jacket for winter adventures.

I ordered a sweater for a specific brand and color. What i got it is fake, no label, different color than i want, and i have been sooo difficult to contact them

BEWARE DONT BUY FROM THIS TRASH SITE. Not even cotton sweaters they sell instead its cheap material, fake, non authentic. Would make you pay for the shipping/tax duty fee from shipping company after the sale so there's a hidden fee after. TRASSSHHHH service to get a reply from, Got an answer 2 weeks later 🤡🤡🤡🤣

The leather quality really surprised me. I didn’t expect it to be this good, but it turned out to be premium and feels great.

I thought that I was buying a waistcoat a Lainey Wilson one , I usually buy her stuff from wrangler but it’s not in stock yet in the Uk
I found this place on google ; they have none responsive for 2 months with no tracking available and have sent me a waistcoat that most definitely isn’t waistcoat , they have even branded it LW which is her initial for her clothing , this is FAKE please don’t waiste your money they charged me £169.00 it’s not worth it and isn’t Lainey Wilson , absolute scam and not worth the stress from this buyer even a 1 star is to much , it absolutely smells disgusting aswell

I ordered the Michael Jackson Victory Tour Beat It jacket and I’m pretty satisfied. I had a lot of questions before purchasing it and the person who answered them was very nice and helpful before placing my order. The Victory Tour Beat It jacket is one of their made to order jackets so it took a little longer especially since I placed the order during the holiday season, but once it shipped out it got to me in about 6 days. The jacket itself is pretty nice. The lamé fabric it’s made from sparkles a lot and looks accurate, it has red lining accurate to the original, and it looks very nice. The only real inaccuracies is that Michael’s original had a full on red front enclosure zipper with a red pulley and teeth, no silver rivets going down the sides of the front enclosure zipper, and the shoulder parts on Michael’s original were made from a foil-looking fabric with quilted ribs instead of the crystal mesh this company uses on their replica. Another thing is that the glitter on the red lamé fabric, despite looking nice, gets everywhere and leaves a bit of a glittery mess so when not wearing it I recommend keeping it in the plastic bag it comes with when you’re not wearing it unless you’re okay with a bit of a glitter mess. As a whole though it’s a pretty nice jacket and a decent replica of Michael’s original and they had good customer service. But it seems like this company has some other issues with their jackets and customer service judging by other people’s experiences so I’d order with caution.

My wife purchased a Cadillac Formula 1 jacket for me for Christmas. The sizing ran a little small and she asked to exchange it for the next size. Customer service offered to sell her the new size for $89.00. I am a General Motors employee #iworkforGM and I reached out to GM Brand Protection and they conformed this company is not an official GM licensee. Learn from our mistake and DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

Their return window is incredibly frustrating. Received a jacket for Christmas the morning of the 24th and it wasn’t open (obviously) till after Christmas. Because they give you such a short window to assess the quality and fit (24 hours before you can no longer return) it makes you beg the question of how much they really care about customer satisfaction? The return policy feels purposefully designed to work against the customer. I tried to return it with all this context in mind, and was still denied. This company doesn’t care about its customers. Be warned, if you order a jacket from here, you may have to pay additional shipping and wait 2 weeks for the order (as they ship orders internationally from Pakistan) and you must ensure everything is to your liking IMMEDIATELY. Or get stuck with a 250 dollar jacket that’s cheap quality and doesn’t fit well. Best of Luck!

I ordered the Tiffany & Co X Nike bomber varsity jacket. The stitching is terrible. I mean absolutely awful. There’s spaces all in the stitching. The color came out as a pastel blue; everyone knows the Tiffany Co color. The angel stitching looks like a little kid drew random lines and they just placed it on the jacket and stitched it. It looks nothing like it and looks absolutely horrible. The gave 0 updates about the process after buying the jacket. Just a notification when it was out for delivery. There is no information on how to return. I’ve done the “24/7 quick response chat” twice and never heard from them or received an email. So that 24 hour return or no refund that other folks are talking about is true… you’ll basically receive no help and not receive a refund. This site should be cancelled all together. I’ve never been so disappointed about an order before.

I ordered the "Agatha All Along Kathryn Hahn Black Coat" and it is nothing like what was listed on their website, design is flat and resembles a cheap raincoat, has no shape whatsoever, fits a large man when it's meant to meet the measurements on the website for a small woman. This waste of fabric is nothing like what is listed on the website.

No response to the website chat and I am waiting for a response to my email.

Christmas present ruined.

Not to mention they will post their own fake reviews on here, I reported one using my full name giving them a 5 star review about something I never even purchased, full scamming operation.

I didn’t expect much at first, but the jacket turned out pretty good. The leather material is nice and it fits me well. It was a little stiff when I first tried it on, but it’s getting better day by day. Overall, I’m satisfied.

Did not send me the correct jacket after taking 2 extra weeks to arrive. They keep claiming it’s the right one they have just added a hood. Which makes it not what I ordered. Refund me 40.00 so i can take it to a tailor and have the hood removed. Won’t even help me start a return. Communication with them is terrible. 3-5 days at the quickest to respond.

The jacket I ordered is higher quality than I expected. The company reached out, prior to processing to verify sizing and make recommendations in case I needed a change. The jacket was shipped in good shape and fits great.

I had an amazing and quite personable experience with this purchase! I absolutely love my jacket and getting to know the team throughout this process has been a delight. I will be back for more! Trust you are in good hands!

Just received my custom sized leather jacket. The quality and the fit is exactly as I wanted. Their representative James was extremely helpful throughout the process, keeping me updated on production status. The jacket looks even better in person than it did in the photos. Will definitely order from them again!
