If I could give negative stars I would. This company is a scam and should not be allowed to even operate. Product never came. I was constantly reassured that the product was on its way, so a refund could not be given. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE

One star is too much! Ordered the begining of August. After no feedback after weeks I eventually go an email stating there was no stock and my order was cancelled. Sent emails asking for my refund, and again no feedback. I want my money back!! Definitely won't recommend them!!

My order was placed on August22 and have not heard anything since. The customer service phone number on their bogus website is also a bogus number. I am reporting their company to the Florida Department of Justice for investigation.

Wrong size sent, product not as pictured, and they won’t accept the return

I would not recommend ordering from The Athletic Society based on my experience.

Here’s what happened:

* Shipping took about 3 weeks.
* They sent me the wrong size. I ordered a size 35 and received a size 36.
* The shoes do not match the product photos. The toe shape, side cutout, heel cap, and overall construction are noticeably different from what was advertised.
* The quality was not what I expected based on the listing photos.
* They will not provide a prepaid return label, even though I received the wrong size.
* Instead, customer service offered me a 30% refund if I keep the shoes, saying that returning them internationally would involve additional time and cost.

I provided photos showing both the incorrect size and the differences between the shoes I received and the product shown on their website. Despite that, I still have not been given a prepaid return option for a full refund.

For anyone considering ordering from The Athletic Society: my experience was a 3-week delivery, an incorrectly sized item, a product that did not match the photos, and difficulty getting a return/refund when the order was wrong.

I wish I had known this before ordering.

Poor quality baseball caps at high prices. Bad construction that does not fit well, but awkwardly. I requested a return and they took weeks to respond after several attempts, only to start offering me 20% and then later 30% refund via email , persuading me to keep their hats or obtain credit with their store. They ran the 30-day time clock out and responded with we are sorry we can't issue a partial refund because we have to be fair and consistent. Useless company. Those hats are made in China with the cheapest materials and not worth more than $7 tops. Don't waste your money with The Athletic Store. Shady lot.

Don’t order from this company! Never sent my order. Kept telling me it was on its way. Then lied and said it had been delivered. Gave me an address in another state. I threatened to get my bank involved. They finally sent 1/2 my order and kept the rest of my money. Also, very cheap quality clothes!

This company ignored my immediate correspondence to have a duplicate order cancelled so I received 2 of the worst “suits” I’ve ever seen. Cheapest of cheap sweatshop goods.
Sizing was not correct, neither was the material, and after over a month of attempting to process a return (since they like to take a minimum of 2 days to respond to anything) I have sent back this clothing on my dime, and being told weeks after confirmation of delivery that they have not been received and my refund will not be processed until they are.

I wish I had of seen these reviews before purchasing a jumpsuit from this place. The worst practices ever! They will mislead the consumer by posting very nice photos of a garment, only for you to order and they send you some cheaply made version of the garment picture they posted online. Then after frauding you with inaccurate photos online, they don't want to give a full refund. They have their business listed online as located in the US (Miami, FL.) but they want returns to be shipped to Asia. Another practice of scam/fraud.

Can’t even wear this product because the quality is absolutely unacceptable. It is poorly made, unreliable, and not as described. When I wear it, it looks terrible on me and does not look anything like what I expected from the product listing.

Shipping was delayed and when it was delivered the Zipper was broken. They won’t replace the item

I believe this is a scam company. Customer service is awful. They cut and paste the same responses over and over again. Took 3 weeks for delivery. No tracking information and no notice of delivery. The dress I bought was not the fabric I thought I was getting. It arrived in a baggie, had no labels and smelled terrible. Looked like it was picked out of a recycle bin. The company makes returning very difficult, if at all. If you order from them use your bank credit card so you can dispute the charge. My bank was very helpful. Horrible experience. They should be investigated.

Terrible. Never any movement or updates on delivery ever. Couldn’t track it. I bought shoes for work. $40 shoes. Arrived almost 4 weeks after purchase and never could track my order. It just was stating label was made.

As for the shoes… cheapest quality. I fear wearing them to work. I do not think they would even hold up through the whole day let alone even just the morning.

DO NOT BUY!!!! Save your money and shop elsewhere. You will thank yourself.

Inexpensive very cheap looking feeling fabric. Very disappointing.

I'm just disappointed that the shirt I ordered wasn't the right size. Then I get question about it. Then, I'm asked to take photos showing the size. After that, I get offered a replacement but I have to pay shipping costs.
On an order I put in correctly and now I have to pay more to get another one for replacement is ridiculous. This mistake is all on your company and your third party who shipped it. I will never order again from your company. Very bad experience!

The picture of the sweatsuits is misleading. Material is made to look quality but it is cheap polyester. The same sweatsuits are on Temu for half the price. Took 2 weeks to receive. Still waiting for a response from support for a return label. No free returns if unsatisfied.

Terrible delivery time and customer service. Shoes took almost a month to get here and they run small. Been trying to get in contact for a return and they don’t answer. If I can give 0 stars I would. Don’t order from them!!!

The phone number listed on the website is a disconnected line. In order to initiate a return, you have email them. After multiple emails they finally responded 2 weeks later. The options were to pay $30 for my own shipping to their warehouse in China (the website claims they’re an American company) for a full refund, or they’d only refund me 40% and I keep the product I don’t want. Worst return experience ever. Avoid this company like the plague.

It gives a polished look that works great for both office days and evenings out.

The suit I purchased fits incredibly well and the stitching looks durable. It definitely feels like something I can wear for years.
