A huge thank you to everyone at The Avenue! From the moment we viewed the property right through the process, the team were absolutely fantastic and on the ball every step of the way. Although they occasionally pushed us for decisions, we appreciated that they were working hard to keep everything progressing.

The property itself was beautiful and really spoke for itself, but Helen did an amazing job showcasing it. She was warm, professional, knowledgeable, and never made us feel rushed during the viewing. She answered all of our questions and made the experience genuinely enjoyable.

Our overall experience of Emma Nugent - The Avenue was excellent. Although it took 2 years to sell our property it had presented a huge challenge of being unique and Grade 2 listed. The marketing, photos, videos, social media were fantastic and a buyer was found almost immediately. Unfortunately he had a heart attack and could not proceed. Nevertheless Emma and Helen worked so so hard to market, present and discuss our property with potential buyers and we had a number of viewings. Being part of the local history it was always a case of finding the "right buyer". Emma and Helen were always available to speak to and discuss aspects, changes and courses of action, as well as being courteous, polite, we got to know them well!. They were brilliant at assessing potential buyers for such a unique property. They worked tirelessly! I would definitely recommend them.

Chris Poole and Steph from The Avenue made the process of buying and selling as simple as it can be. From the first engagement it was clear Chris was a true professional - he was available and engaging throughout, was always around to answer questions and when things got tricky (when don’t they selling a house!) he handled it fabulously.
