On the website there are no clear instruction on how to return an item. I had to send an email to find out that you have to pay and arrange for your own postage back to the company.
However the website is easy to navigate and there are many options.

My bag broke after I zipped it up once, I was asked for pictures but no one has got back to me, this might be a bit quick to judge but after someone contacted me on Saturday I thought I would have had a response today but radio silence from the company. I will will review this based on their response.

The backpack after a week started breaking on the side. I have contacted backpacker but they haven’t returned my email. I so disappointed as this was a present for our anniversary. I hope they reply to my email and we can get this fixed. The backpack has only a month max
