Excellent delivery postage and packaging, always arrives in a big strong box protecting the basket. The baskets themselves are of excellent quality.

Slight variations in colour which is not an issue. I bought three. The lid doesn’t fit perfectly on one but again, not a big issue. A prettier alternative to a stack of loo rolls. Excellent value. Will use again. Thank you

Grey and buff round wicker/rattan planters
I ordered grey and buff round wicker/rattan planters (medium size). They came beautifully packed just a few days later. I bought them in the sale but even at full price they are well worth the money. I'm thrilled with them and they are now planted up with bamboo. Great company and great products. I shall return!!

Ordered the baskets to store my sewing/craft items in. After choosing my baskets I had problems with my computer so could not order online. After several attempts I phoned the company and they could not have been more helpful. The baskets arrived on time, were of good quality, perfect for what I needed them for and arrived in good condition.

Lovely tray. Well made Well packed Really pleased with the quality of the wicker work. The pot will be just the thing when I repot a Jade plant to go into it. All in all I will have no doubts about buying from The Basket Company again.
