Brilliant communication
Brilliant company to deal with - made small order online Sam contacted me to explain 1 of the items wasn’t at the standard they would like to send out and explained that the basket will be back in stock gave me an option to send half the rest of my order or hold all items till all is ready .. once everything was back in stock as promised was all then sent.

Great basket, really happy with it when it arrived. Bought as a gift for my husband who is the hardest person to buy for and it was literally the best present ever.
We took our basket on our first picnic outing, will be a firm favorite to leave in the car for our weekly jaunts.
Great quality at a great price.

Amazing customer sevice
I bought a log basket from The Basket Company site which was delivered 16th June. I unpacked it, disposed of all the packaging and then had to wait for some home renovations to be completed before putting it in place... and it didn't fit! I got in touch with the company by email to see if I could swap it for a smaller size some 10 days later and they could not have been more helpful. Big shout out to Sam who personally checked the actual dimensions of the smaller baskets in stock to make sure it would fit and for sorting out a drop off of the new basket and pick up of the old one in one visit with DPD. Smooth sailing and an object lesson in warm, friendly, responsive and efficient customer service. And I love my new log basket too :-)

Daughters birthday but grandaughter had to have the same only smaller 😂
