Unreal service. And a wonderful product. I bought a bed for my daughter and two gentleman came to set it up. They made me feel very comfortable and everything was absolutely perfect. If you are considering using the bed store. I would 100% recommend. I couldn’t be more happy with it.

We received great communication, delivery options, professional installation and product from The Bed Store. They had a wide range of colour options and specifications. Would recommend.

I was very cautious about this purchase as I did it from social media and I can say I am really impressed with the service and the product.

I had them fit the bed and take away the old one and they did this very quickly with very little disruption.

This wasn’t without its issues, first no legs, then wrong feet for example: and headboard that wouldn’t go up our stairs, not really their fault, but the company REALLY worked hard to get us sorted incredibly quickly even delivering a part from the office on a Saturday. Ismail there is a real star and I hope he gets promoted, if he doesn’t already own the company. So grateful to them for a fantastic product in the end, it looks amazing.

Was initially a bit concerned using the FB advert to buy and there being very few reviews.
I didn't need to worry.
Ordered the The Mayfair Luxe Bed with solid ottoman storage on 17/10/25 and added the 2000 mattress, fast delivery and assembly.
Confirmation received 20/10/25 that the bed would be delivered 22/10/25 in a 4 hour time slot.
Received a call 30 mins before delivery.
Bed brought in and assembled all in 45 mins. Very happy with the bed, the mattress and service from the company.

After checking reviews I took a chance and ordered a bed on line and I couldn’t be happier!
The bed is just perfect and their customer service is exemplary!
I had a matching footstool made to my own measurements and was contacted through the process to check fabric etc. The bed was delivered very quickly (in fact within a few days of ordering).
I would have no hesitation in recommending this company and ordering from them again in the future.

We ordered a floor double bed for my 14 month daughter. Bed is great, customer service was excellent. Very proactive and responsive.

Communications were great - we had several questions about the bed we wanted and these were all answered promptly via the online chat service. You actually speak to a real person as well, not a chat bot!
We ordered the bed on a Friday afternoon and it was delivered and assembled the following Thursday morning.
The bed looks great - better than in the pictures on the website.

Excellent service I ordered a bed from them on line, delivered quickly and it was really nice well worth the money. I had a problem with the bed or mattress,I messed them and told them the problem, had to send pictures in, they told me it must be the mattress.with in days a new mattress arrived.so I would highly recommended this company. Friendly and very efficient.

We ordered the Mayfair Lux opting for a firm mattress and extra large headboard and we could not be happier! From the ease of ordering to the after sales communication, delivery and installation it was brilliant. Just had our first night sleep and it was a god send for both my husband and I’s backs! Thanks to Ismail for his email support which was informative and reassuring, and most of all responsive even - what company emails you back at 10pm at night and was happy to do so? and to the delivery and installation man who was super quick and a delight, such a happy positive man! Would definitely recommend!

Absolute quality bed frames . I've actually bought two beds from the seller in less than a month. Solid frames . You also get tracking on the day of you're delivery too.
