Rainbow Bed
Ordered Single Bed for my daughter she picked the colours of the rainbow she wanted. The design was easy to do. We orderd a mattress as well, we did pick the wrong size but the company called us and corrected our mistake which was amazing customer service. The bed arrived carefully packaged. Instructions was easy to understand. My daughter absolutely loves her bed and even likes to just chill in it with a book as well as sleep all night.
I would definitely use this company again. I highly recommend it.

We bought this single bed for our three-year-old and I cannot recommend it enough. He has genuinely never slept so well in his life — it is SO comfortable! My husband keeps laughing and saying our three-year-old officially has the best bed in the house 😂
It was really easy to put together, feels incredibly well made and the quality is amazing. Delivery also came faster than estimated!
We’ll definitely be getting all of our beds from Baby Fair for the foreseeable future now that we know just how good they are. Highly, highly recommend! 🤍

Amazing bed!
We ordered the Archway dream kids bed for my daughter, she’s 2 and a half. She is physically disabled and autistic. We needed a low to the ground bed that was sturdy and still looked good and in keeping with the rest of the furniture.
This bed is honestly so comfortable and well made, sturdy good quality. We also opted for the bed to be made with the teddy material in polar. It’s gorgeous. Everyone has commented on how nice it is.
It’s been the best thing we could have brought for my daughter, it’s very safe due to its design and looks great.
Would highly recommend this bed and this company. Brilliant thank you !

Poor service
I purchased 2 children’s beds. The quality and service since receiving faulty products has so far been poor. I provided the requested photos and was advised they would be escalated to the management team. I have chased several times to be met with the same response, the issue is with the management team.
The beds were delivered packaged well so can’t be delivery damage. We found on opening the package there is a clear scratch There is a clear scratch on one of the panels of the bed. Not what you expect from a well reviewed company and I understand problems happen however, the way in which the complaint is being dealt with is poor and follows internal processes outside of my consumer rights as the fault was reported on opening the package. How a company manages complaints can usually turn a poor experience around however, so far Babyfair have not provided a solution leaving me no option but to contact my credit card to help resolve. Based on my experience so far, I would not recommend this company. There are lots of good reviews which is misleading to anyone who might have an issue.

2 kids’ beds from Baby-fair
I ordered two beds online, super easy to navigate on the website and the customer service beforehand was helpful and efficient.
Delivery was communicated brilliantly with live tracking to know exactly when it would arrive. I’ve never had such great delivery service before.
When the beds arrived, they were easy to put together and now they’ve been slept on , we are very pleased! The mattress is great firmness for my growing son, and the bed has a lovely finish to it elevating the whole room.
