If I could rate this a negative I would!! This company sent me two broken handles that were not even for a Nintendo switch . I paid $169.99 for a Nintendo switch and they sent me two small broken ass handles !! Pathetic do NOT ORDER!

Ordered the pet gates back in April!! The money was withdrawn from my account but I still have not received the packages!!!
I emailed twice with a response saying due to COVID things were delayed. That was in June. I have sent several more emails with absolutely no response!!!
This is a TOTAL SCAM!!!
Do not order from this company!

I ordered the pet gate. When it arrived it was nothing like in the video or how they described the item, I reached out to them by email a few times to send item back and get a refund, they never replied, not happy with item or with this crappy company!

Never delivered product or returned money. These people are criminal and steal your money!! Reporting to authorities

One item arrived and it was not the item depicted in the picture or description. The second item has never arrived and they no longer respond to emails. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. Obviously they deserve a 0 rating.

I have to believe this is a HUGE SCAM!!!!! Ordered one of the kitchen blaster facet attachment in early May. I still have not received this item and am getting no response to date. I have sent several e-mails to no avail. DO NOT FALL FOR THIS BS!!!! All of us who were fooled into buying this item will probably never see it or our money or will receive a huge piece of junk.

I have to give 1 star in order to review, they deserve 0. This company is obviously a scam. I ordered my faucet April 6 and still don't have it on June 3. I have sent multiple emails and have gotten responses saying wait a few more days/ and or Covid-19. I have no tracking updates since April 25, it appears the boat is still in China.. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, FRAUD!!!!

I still haven't even gotten my package, but assume I will be just as disappointed as these other reviews. I ordered my item in early/mid April. It is now June. I still don't have my order. I have reached out twice demanding a refund and to cancel my order but they have denied this by claiming COVID is holding things up. I have gotten many other online orders well within this time frame.
I STRONGLY ENCOURAGE YOU TO AVOID PURCHASING FROM THIS COMPANY. I have no idea if I will ever get my order.

Had same experience as other reviewer on pet gate. Shown in video as retractable gate but just got piece of mesh and 4 hooks. Contacted company and they agreed the advertising was misleading. They offered me a $10 merchandise credit but would not send retractable gate or give me a full refund. Said I could pay $20 to ship back to China and then I would get a refund per company policy. Do not do business with this company! They admit advertising is misleading but won’t refund money!

After watching this company's video on FB I recently ordered their Portable Kids & Pets Safety Door Guard. Based on the advertisement I was lead to believe I ordered a retractable gate. However, I received a piece of mesh fabric and four self-adhesive plastic hooks instead. One has to watch the advertised video very closely to even notice that particular item as the video mainly focuses on the much better item, the retractable gate. This is very deceiving advertising, and I will not order from them again.
