Super oil...If only there was a dropper/ pourer in the bottles' neck...
I am very excited to try this oil, which seems to be of higher potency of any oil I have sourced so far. Juts received the package...however, I am disappointed by the bottle. There is no dropper or pourer in the mouth of the bottle and therefore it is hard to get the oil into capsules. I'm making quite a mess trying.

We're sorry to hear that you've found the bottle difficult to use for filling capsules.
Our Black Seed Oil is sold in standard glass oil bottles and is intended to be poured directly from the bottle, usually onto a spoon, rather than being designed for transferring small quantities of oil into individual capsules.
Home capsule-filling equipment is generally intended for filling two-piece capsule shells with dry powders; whereas producing liquid-filled capsules is a more specialist process, typically requiring suitably-formulated capsule material together with appropriate filling and sealing.
Whilst we have used this style of bottle for many years and generally find it works very well for its intended purpose; we did previously offer an optional pouring insert which customers could purchase separately.
However, demand for these was extremely low, indicating that the overwhelming majority of customers did not require one.
Including a plastic pourer or insert with every bottle would unfortunately introduce additional plastic waste and additional cost for all customers, which we don't feel would be justified where there is so little demand. We also know that many of our customers actively value our efforts to avoid unnecessary packaging and plastic where possible.
However, please feel free to raise a support request through our website as we'd be happy to provide the relevant bottle specifications to help you in your search to find a compatible pouring spout.
We nevertheless appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback and hope you enjoy the oil.

Following your parcel's release from Customs in Italy on Thursday 27th August, delivery was attempted on Friday 28th August.
The latest tracking information from the local carrier shows that your parcel is currently being held at your local delivery office and is available for collection.

We would recommend arranging collection with the local carrier as soon as possible, as parcels which remain uncollected are usually returned to the sender after a short holding period.

2-Year Old Response
Dear Black Seed Oil Team. I am writing a new review as I'm not able to respond to your recent response to my review from 2024... your response being 2-years late.
You've clearly got a new 'promotions and customer care' department as you activity on Trustpilot over the last week or so has been very noticeable.
You claim to have tens of thousands of positive responses on your own website, which in itself is quite telling knowing how you have total control over published responses on your own private website, whereas Trustpilot being independent shows 28% of reviews being 1 or 2 star and very negative.
I did indeed write positive review of your product as that wasn't in question and I was happy with the product (despite me having since found stronger and cheaper Black Seed Oil from one of the Top 4 Black Seed Oil companies and manufacturers... your claim of having the strongest in the world should be preceded by the word 'Probably', as with Carlsberg).
My complaint was in respect of an incredibly rude and arrogant response to an innocent (and what I thought would be a helpful enquiry) from who I suspect was the owner of the company, and Trustpilot is about reviews of the company as much, if not more than the product.
You state that your response was "FIRM"... no, it was outright rude and dismissive, so don't try to sugar-coat it. And trying to suggest that I wasn't comparing 'apples with apples' in respect of 240 capsule max pack v 60 capsule refill packs is false, as my query was carefully comparing a single capsule price, so your defence there falls flat.
All the facts you quote regarding pricing structure, packaging, cost rises etc. I fully understood at the time of review, and to reiterate... my negative review was solely against the rude and dismissive response from a senior member of your company (if not the owner himself), and for you to say that it was my responses that were becoming increasingly confrontational is 'rich' to say the least, I was simply trying to help your sale and promotions department by pointing out that in virtually every other company I have come across selling items such as this, the 'Refill' packs are always cheaper (pound for pound) than the expensively packaged primary items… that was all I was trying to relay, and to get an aggressive, rude, arrogant response was frankly shocking, so please don’t try and put this back on me just because your new promotions department is now trying to rescue the situation brought on by the aforementioned 28% negative (3rd party independent) reviews.
Your reference to my ‘personal remarks’ about individual members (“Intellectually vacuous”) wasn’t so much a personal remark as it was supposition as to how one of your team members could be so aggressively arrogant and rude and ‘fly in the face of’ the usual customer support response to a genuinely helpful observation of your pricing strategy… I was asking a simple constructive question, which was met by sheer disdain. So it was your response to my question that was unnecessary and not constructive as opposed to my subsequent response / review, which you brought entirely on yourselves.
I too wish you all at The Black Seed Oil Co well, particularly as you now appear to have a proper customer service department as opposed to letting suspected owners / higher management vent their stresses on innocent customers.

Abusive & Extremely Rude Staff. Reported to Authorities.
Extremely Rude Staff. Worst Customer Care In UK
A Trust Pilot score of 3 says it all. With complaints of rudeness and aggression from other customers. A recurrent theme with this “business.” The fact that you have to repeatedly flag honest reviews and sign your emails with phrase “Please be nice” is a tell tale sign of your inbred volatility and hostility.
We were unsure of the product we bought and so we questioned their legitimacy. We were met with a barrage of insults and abuse from multiple individuals.
They are not registered with companies house so they’re a sole trader. However, we have been unable to identify the individual(s) behind this sole trader business beyond the business address provided. This is particularly concerning given the disclosure provisions in the Companies Act 2006, which requires the sole trader’s name to be disclosed.
As per Companies Act 2006, s.1200(2), a sole trader is considered to be using a “business name” where the name is other than their surname, subject to the permitted additions. Section 1200(3)(c) specifically states that a permitted addition can be:
“an addition merely indicating that the business is carried on in succession to a former owner of the business.”
Section 1201 then requires the sole trader’s name to be disclosed where the Chapter applies.
This is why I believe customers should be able to identify the person behind the business especially when the business is verbally abusive to customers.
I am describing my experience and raising a legitimate concern about transparency, not making an allegation of wrongdoing.
We have taken this further with the appropriate authorities.
