Over priced
Over priced, average and no customer service. I paid over £50 for a bottle of “super strength” black seed oil, upon trying it was very mild. Contacted them twice but no response.
I Usually order from somewhere else NB but they were out of stock.
Money wasted could’ve got the same from a corner store for half the price.

This is so unprofessional if he cares so little about his customers problems while using his sight then it really has to bring into question his products which I fear is Merely a re-bottling re-labeling set up.

I have put my email up word for word even saying “PLEASE ADVISE” he calls my email VERBAL ABUSE you can all read it,,,my frustred email put up on this review posted word for word as you can see there is no abusive language used simply a regular customer getting frustrated at the check out procedure .
He doubles down on his stance telling me to go elsewhere to buy my oil after years of loyal custom and even going out my way to write good reviews in the past
His whole attitude brings so much into question regarding his company.
You ask for advise you get no reply
you send a frustrated e.mail asking again for advise you get 3 rude reply’s in one day WOW go yourself tomas that’s the way to treat your customers and run your business

We're sorry that, after many years of you being a loyal customer, our relationship ended in this way. However, there is some important context missing from this review, as well as one assertion about our business that we must categorically correct.
Firstly, while the email reproduced in your review appears to be complete for the most part, it does not represent the complete correspondence between us.
Your original Apple Pay enquiry was received on Saturday 11th October 2025. We responded on Monday 13th October — the very next working day — to the email address supplied with your enquiry. Unfortunately, you appear not to have received or seen that response, which seemingly led you to believe that your request for assistance had been ignored.
When you contacted us again, your message was considerably more confrontational in tone and repeatedly accused us of failing to respond. It was the manner in which that message was written, particularly when directed towards members of our small customer support team, that prompted the response you've reproduced in your review.
With hindsight, we accept that our response could have been worded more constructively. However, we stand by the principle behind it: we expect our staff to be treated with the same level of courtesy and respect that we extend to our customers. We are a small family-run business with real people behind our customer support who, when not providing support, are working hard behind the scenes on other aspects of the business. We firmly believe that courtesy and respect should work both ways.
Regarding Apple Pay, it was enabled and functioning on our website at the time. After reviewing the issue, we found no indication of a technical problem on our side, particularly as other customers were continuing to place and pay for orders successfully using Apple Pay. We subsequently explained that its availability at checkout can depend upon the device, browser and Apple Pay configuration being used, and that several alternative payment methods were available.
We must also categorically correct the suggestion in your review that The Black Seed Oil Co. is merely a "re-bottling/re-labelling set up". This is entirely untrue and has no connection whatsoever to the Apple Pay issue or our subsequent correspondence.
We manufacture our own black seed oil ourselves and have done so for many years. In addition to selling directly to consumers, manufacturing and wholesale supply form a substantial part of our business, including manufacturing products for other businesses.
Given that you had personally purchased our products repeatedly over a number of years, we are particularly disappointed that an unrelated disagreement concerning customer service and Apple Pay has resulted in speculation being published about the authenticity and manufacture of our products.
We subsequently exchanged a number of further emails and, unfortunately, the conversation became increasingly confrontational. There are aspects of how the exchange developed that, with hindsight, we would handle differently today. However, we do not believe that disagreement justifies publishing inaccurate assertions about our business or products.
Despite how things ultimately ended, we genuinely appreciated your custom and recommendations over the years and wish you well.

I am in absolute awe of this oil
I am in absolute awe of this oil, I felt the respiratory benefits within a few hours, felt more free and easy to breathe… I had the cold… was a shocker! Anyway, I decided to start taking it because of the health benefits not expecting it to do anything for the pain I suffer in my hip from having FAI… I have walked with a limp and pain in each step since October 2023 when it got really bad… I have been taking this oil for three weeks and within the last week I have started to walk with absolutely NO pain whatsoever… I thought I was gonna be a cripple before! I didn’t think anything would help. I don’t like painkillers and discovering this stuff is actually life changing for me. It can’t be anything else because I’m not doing anything different. This will now become a staple in my life. No complaints with regards delivery or packaging either. The transaction was smooth from start to finish. Thank you so much for existing. God bless.

Have used Black Seed Oil for a few years, and the supply from this company have been the best quality. I was ordering from Amazon, but switched as tasted a bit cheap.
I use the original strength, and that is fine. Takes some getting used to, but worth it.

Wonderful Oil
I can’t be without this amazing oil. My menopause flushes were keeping me up all night and after 2 weeks of taking the super strength capsules they completely stopped and I was finally able to sleep again. When I ran out of capsules I was back to square one with the flushes and it took 2 weeks for them to get back in to my system after re ordering them again. I’m now sleeping like a baby with no hot flushes. Highly recommend, they have worked wonders for me🤩
