Aggravated with the website
I tried off and on to change what I was receiving because I liked the products but I couldn’t change what products I was receiving and have too much of what I did get. It was probably at least a year that I couldn’t even get on the website to make changes.

I have tried to cancel my subscription several times and keep getting the run around! I didn’t have to jump through hoops to purchase but now you won’t stop the subscription. I guess I will have to cancel my card so you will have no access to my account!!!!

It does not work!!!! I have tried to cancel this automatic recurring payment for months on email and no one responds back and I continue to get charged regardless of how many times I try to reach out to you. Your customer service is horrendous and this is a piece of crap product.

I do not see the difference from other lotions or exfoliants. In fact, I do not see any difference at all with this product.
The ontact page is limited makes it difficult to contact the company to do anything but order more product.
Also, there is not a cancellation option on the website.
