We work in an office at 8 St Thomas Street and can honestly say our whole team love it. We are always well looked after, Andrew on reception is amazing and even lays on pizzas for lunch or drinks so that everyone in the building can get to know each other better. There is a lovely community feel.

Located at the St Thomas Street location for 7 years now. Lovely location between Borough Market and the Shard. Spacious and well maintained office spaces, our office has a lovely high ceiling and great view outside to St Thomas Street which is always bustling. The site Manager and all round point of contact is Andrew, he is incredibly helpful and always available for issues that need resolving quickly. Andrew also gives the site a real community feel, organizing breakfast mornings, Pizza afternoon's and a host of other social engagements to bring the hub together.

We have been at St Thomas Street for years (longer than I have been with our company!). The offices are in a great location and always clean and tidy and well kept. Andrew is fab and will always help us where he can. Would recommend to anyone looking for an office space.

We have been using the offices in Watling Street for just over 2 years now and couldn't be happier with our space. Our clients are always complimentary when we have the opportunity to host them here. I would also like to give my sincere thanks to Ebz who is the life and soul of this building. He is an asset, not just to the building, but the wider Boutique company.

Had a client come to Connolly works and one of the receptionists had an AirPod in and wouldn’t even look up from her phone. The other one was very nice and friendly. Overall it’s just extremely unprofessional.

Great place, buzzing area, well-located, energetic and great value. Ebz the building manager really brings this place to life and provides an above-and-beyond energy.

We were based here for a couple of years and found it to be a lively, well managed and central spot. Ebz, the building manager, really made us feel more than welcome and created a lovely atmosphere for staff and visitor alike. We very much enjoyed our time there

The whole process of booking and meeting was very smooth, Suzi most helpful over details of our booking. We have used the space for our charity's AGM for several years now, it is conveniently situated for everyone and we hope to be able to continue to meet there for years to come!

Ebz has been amazing and always been very helpful with any request at 73 Watling Street. Never seem him grumpy or rude, always a happy chirpy fella. Makes the place even more nice.

We have been at The Boutique 73 Watling Street for over a year now. The building facilities are lovely and well laid out and equipped. The building management has improved considerably with the addition of Ebz, the building manager. Building facilities are always clean and in working order and Ebz is always on hand and available if they are not, very often going the extra mile. Very helpful to building occupants, but especially welcoming to visitors to our offices. I would recommend the location.

We booked a meeting room for the day @ Boutique Clerkenwell and the experience was great, the receptionist was extremely helpful and got us settled quickly. The interior is lovely and modern with great facilities. Would recommend

We hired a small meeting room, and the entire process was seamless. Suzi was extremely quick to respond with a number of options for our requirements and even provided details of local tube links.
The booking process was very quick and simple and when we arrived at the Clerkenwell building, the receptionist couldn't have been more friendly or helpful. The space was lovely and light and spacious which was perfect for what we were looking for. All their offices have some amazing spaces - I would highly recommend!!

I needed a small meeting room for an online board meeting. The team were very helpful and friendly. The meeting room was perfect for the purpose. Also, great to have natural light which is not always the case with these smaller meeting rooms. Great location in central Wimbledon.

As suppliers to Boutique Workplace, we have found working with them a smooth and easy process. We are always greeted by the friendly staff when we are attending to the premises.

We provide a service across many of their offices, the workplace mangers and area managers are always quick to provide relevant information to enable us to carry out necessary works and repairs quickly and efficiently. The offices are very nice to visit, and they have great coffee too!

As regular members at The Boutique Workplace, specifically at Notcutt House, I can confidently say that the service provided by receptionists Dineice Mowen and Jacqueline is brilliant. Their warm approach and helpfulness never fail to make us feel welcome.

We also recently rented a meeting space through Brogen, and her efficiency was superb. The entire process was seamless, thanks to her professionalism.

The team consistently delivers top-notch service, making every visit enjoyable and productive. We highly recommend The Boutique Workplace to anyone seeking a flexible office solution with a personal touch. Kirsty and Tamara are extremely friendly and professional, always going the extra mile to create an inclusive and positive environment.
Problems are dealt with swiftly and the building is kept very clean.

Joy & Kirsty are a great team! Nothing is a trouble and they go above and beyond. Great office space and good to have the extra meeting rooms to book if required. The courtroom is certainly a talking point!

We love our space at 3 Queen Street in London

Please avoid The Boutique Workplace. Looking at the space itself, there are issues with flooding, lights going out (not replaced), regular wifi problems (kind of essential in this day and age), accidents within the building that they don't report (legally they should), etc.

Looking at staff, they are a terrible employer and their managers lie.

We have rented from a number of the most well known flexible office space providers in the UK; some good, some not so good. Boutique Workplace have been by far the worst of all. I cannot list all their faults here but to name a few:
1. Dishonesty during contract negotiations.
2. Very poor internet connectivity
3. Frequent central heating breakdowns
4. Dangerous electrics
Their accounts show that they are at risk of being in breach of their loan covenants. Tenants beware!
