Welcome to The Boutique Workplace Company. We specialise in private offices, meeting rooms and day offices for small teams and SME's. We've got almost 40 locations across the UK, from Soho to Shoreditch and Bank to Bond St. Not forgetting Glasgow, Birmingham, Milton Keynes, Cheltenham too. Having great locations is one thing. Making sure we bring a brilliant team onsite to run them and make our clients day is amazing. It's our core focus, and that's why we won “Best Workplace Experience” in 2025 by SME News in their business elite awards, Our private offices come fully furnished, fully inclusive of rates and with flexible options on WiFi to suit your needs. Our workplaces are all different, many are in historical and characterful buildings - and have breakout spaces, complementary tea and coffee and meeting rooms. Some even have outside spaces, roof terraces and gyms (even if your workplace doesn't have a gym, you can still use the facilities in our workplaces nearby). If meeting rooms are more your thing, then we have over 70 across the UK. They're all different, but come with screen sharing tech to make your meetings a breeze. Meeting rooms can be booked for an hour, half day or full day and we can provide catering if requested too. All our meeting rooms are bookable online. Difficult times
Have been working with the Boutique Workplace Company Ltd for a number of years and have found them to be fair, reasonable and very good to deal with.
COVID has created so many problems for many businesses and landlords over the last 12 months, but TBWCL staff have engaged with challenges that have arisen and dealt with them professionally and in a timely manner.
A pleasure to deal with.

Consistently great experience - thank you
We have used various Boutique Workplace offices over the years and have always had a superb experience. Last week they went above and beyond to help us sort out an IT issue we were having, even though it wasn't their responsibility. The staff are incredibly nice and the offices are perfectly maintained. We have always found the office manager to be very responsive and I would definitely recommend them for anyone looking for office space.

Treated us with contempt. Awful experience.
I worked for a travel company that rented office space in their Bedford Square building. Unfortunately due to Covid the company went bust and all the staff were made redundant. We had so much trouble trying to retrieve our personal possessions. The company were rude, unhelpful and unprofessional. None of the staff were allowed back to our desks so many of our belongings were binned. It was an awful experience being made redundant through no fault of our own, but the situation was made much worse by the way me and my colleagues were treated by The Boutique Workplace Company.

Really disappointing attitude from the boutique workplace when flexibility was needed and we had been paying rent for a number of years. Know that money comes first with these guys, not respect, loyalty or people (their customers!).

We tried very hard to help as many of our customers as possible but unfortunately, we might not have got it right every time.
I share the poor experience of other…
I share the poor experience of other tenants at 81 Farringdon Street. It was particularly difficult for me to terminate my contract during lockdown. I was forced to serve the minimum contract term, and ended up paying for over six months of office rental when it wasn't possible to use the office. While perfectly legal, I question the ethics of the company management, who offered no help during lockdown. I commiserate with other tenants who stayed longer than I did, only to be given two weeks notice to vacate due to planned demolition work.

The Ryanair of office letting!
Actually that is unfair to Ryanair, at least you can get the odd deal with them, this lot are the grubbiest and most money grabbing people you will ever work with. We were evicted with just 2 weeks notice in the middle of a pandemic with no rent rebate when it turns out they knew for months about the building redevelopment. We were 4 years with them and never missed a payment but were treated appallingly. Stay well clear, a truly terrible company.

The worst office lease ever - scammers!
Never rent from these guys. Apparently because we did not send a notice by letter to their HQ they are auto-renewing our agreement even though we told them and emailed them we are not renewing anymore. They seem to have financial problems and will squeeze everything they can from you even when you no longer use the office and after the agreement expired.
We have been renting for over 7 years in London and nobody has done such an outrageous scam like these guys.
