I went for a bra fitting today with Julie. The bra fitting is very discreet and I was made to feel very relaxed and comfortable and had plenty of time. The shop has lots of styles and makes to choose from and bras are suggested for you to try on, so it is a very personal service. Would highly recommend.

Julie was the lady who helped me today.
After having years of not finding the right size bra and style, Julie knew straightaway which was good for me.
I would highly recommend the shop and it’s lovely it is in our home town.

Lovely that Maldon has such a great bra shop. Nothing is too much trouble, they are patient and taking time to decide is encouraged. Staff really know their stock and which bra might be the best fit for you out of their wide range - endless bras are produced for trying on. Staff are discreet and put you at your ease. My fitting today was with Carol (thank you!) but all the staff are equally helpful.

What a lovely experience Carol put me at ease Iv had a breast reduction 6 years ago and I can honestly say Carol was so knowledgeable and knew exactly what bra would suit me I would highly recommend

From the first contact , after recommendation , the ladies put one at ease . They have incredible expertise , show care and kindness and nothing is too much trouble . Being an older lady and not skimpy model proportions there were lots of choices for me .I was very happy with the lovely bras and foundation garments I purchased , which gave me much improved shape and comfort .
Parking is easy with a large carpark just across the road.
Having a booked appointment means you are seen right away .
I will always go to the Bra Consultancy from now on , so glad I received their recommendation and a very special thank you to Carol who made me feel so comfortable in her care .

My first time here was on the 14th September and I was welcomed with a friendly smile I was made to feel comfortable and I was measured correctly the bra that I bought is so comfortable I had been wearing a 38gg that's what m& s told me I was but I'm actually a 38 j I'm going back in two weeks time to purchase more bras thank u so much girls looking forward to seeing u all soon. I'm a larger busted lady with back ache thats lost a bit of weight. Julie helped me today with explaining how it all works and why my current ones werent. She then took time to show me a selection of bra's whilst being very discreet. Made me feel very comfortable. I've bought 2 beautiful new bra's and will be back for more. Thank you ladies.

What a wonderful experience, as a larger busted woman with a mastectomy trying to find bras that make you feel feminine & also have a choice of either nothing or if you’re lucky one or possibly 2 bras that may or may not fit in all the right places so you just have to make do with the best of a bad bunch it was such a joy. The service was excellent & nothing was too much trouble. Although it took over an hour by car I will definitely return when I need a new bra. Thank you.

Went to Maldon branch on the off chance and was greeted with a friendly smile even though the store was busy. A lovely lady named Carol was soon able to help me. Straight away she knew roughly what size bra would probably fit me and after a discussion on what type and for what reason she bought several in to try. She was spot on with my size. She was extremely knowledgeable and professional and lovely with it. She spent time on showing me how to fit and wear your bra. I came away feeling very satisfied and happy with my buy. Thoroughly enjoyed the service I received today from the ladies (Stacie ) at the bra consultancy today , really friendly , very helpful and extremely professional from start to finish put myself and my mums minds at ease , and so knowledgeable some great advice given . I visited The Shop last Tuesday. Kayleigh was my Consultant, who fitted me. Wow what a difference a correctly fitted bra makes to your figure. Really enjoyable experience. I was recommended to the Bra Consultancy after having a DMX {double mastectomy) four months ago.
The frustration of being uncomfortable all of the time is actually unnecessary with the correct bra. With
patient professionals I was helped to choose a comfy one. They have cubicles for privacy and hundreds,I mean hundreds of bras and underwear it's quite an experience! The place was heaving with customers too so it is worth booking before going.

I visited the Bra Shop today, very helpful and knowledgeable lady, Julie, was able to give me some good advice . There was a very good choice of underwear, and I bought 2 Bras. At no time did i feel Julie was "pushy" for me to buy, which was nice. a good experience.

I rely on the Bra Consultancy shop to advise me what size and style is the most comfortable for me personally.
Their personal fitting service cannot be beaten in Essex, which is why I travel 30 minutes to Maldon knowing how good the customer service and fitting is. They also have a very wide range of underwear, I look forward to my appointments at the store.
Their sessions with a Breast Cancer Nurse they hold is something I have not been offered before at other stores selling bras, so they go beyond what is usually offered.

Amazing service, very very helpful and knowledgeable.
After having ill fitting bras for years I can finally be comfortable and look so much better with the right size bra under my clothes.
