I was made to feel very comfortable and it is all done very discreetly.

Absolutely fabulous! Put you at total ease the ladies at the bra consultancy are amazing and knew just by looking what size I needed and they were spot on and needless to say I’ve been wearing the wrong size! Went in today and bought a very pretty bra will definitely go back and recommend if you haven’t been yet they are honestly brilliant!

I had my first experience with Julie on 29 April since my surgery. I came away feeling so much better and with a beautiful bra which made me look and feel normal again! Julie was so lovely and knowledgable and made me feel at ease. I now have a wishlist so will be ordering more! Would definitely recommend the bra consultancy! Thank you so much Julie xx

Booked online which was mega easy. I have bought bra's online due to various disabilities and they are either rubbish or they hurt. Consultant was amazing and I was listened to, which is rare in this day and age. She found exactly what I wanted, so much so I wouldn't take it off. The feeling of freedom and no pain immense. Highly recommend the Bra Consultancy and will be back .... if you let me 🥰🥰

Booked a fitting appointment for myself and my 90 year-old mother in advance online, which was great. Very handy public car park a stones throw away and we were seen as soon as we arrived. We were both delighted with the personable service and mature attitude of Julie and Carol and came away very happy with our purchases. I’m so pleased we found The Bra Consultancy; chain store or online lingerie shopping just doesn’t compare - you don’t get the expertise of these ladies. I can recommend a visit; you’re guaranteed to find a perfect fit.

Julie who served me was knowledgeable and put me at ease straight away. The little touches such as offering different colours and even the option to post them to your home address. I would say to anyone who gets nervous at these appointments your in safe hands. In addition to that I never thought as a larger lady I would have a slim waist after a bra fitting but it has certainly been an education.

Received a swift response to my initial email enquiry. Arrived very early to my appointment, but was warmly welcomed and Julie saw me there and then. Patient and kind, she went through lots of options, spending nearly an hour with me. I came out of the shop slightly poorer, but richer and with more confidence because of the experience. I brought my 11 yo niece to the shop for a first fitting today. She was nervous going in and came out all relaxed and happy. Thank you for such a wonderful experience.

Went for a fitting with Julie. Absolutely fantastic. I always have real trouble getting a good fit with a bra but the first one julie tried on me was the perfect fit. She is so knowledgable, discreet and friendly. I came away with some beautiful underwear. I would defo a recommend. 5 star +++ service.

Yet another fantastic shopping experience here. They really do understand my shape and always go above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. They have a fantastic amount of stock and are so helpful. I will not go anywhere else

I had lost lots of weight recently an I was on urgent need of a new bras, I could not choose a better place to get my new bras. Kayleigh was fantastic helping me all the way to choose an advice me on my new size, it really make me realise how important it is to wear the right size!!. Great experience, amazing shop, fantastic service.

My appointment with The Bra Consultancy was absolutely amazing. I had heard this company were good but they far exceeded my expectations. Their depth of knowledge about mastectomy and the process of reconstructive surgery was really helpful and the amount of products they had to help with all of this was unbelievable. They went to great lengths for me to try on lots of different bras and Inserts to get exactly the right fit and look with huge attention to detail in getting it just right. Having been fitted with all that I needed I left on cloud nine. Thank you so much for such a professional and comforting service.

I had wandered past this shop on a number of occasions but had little time to spare, however on this occasion I had the time to venture in. I was greeted warmly by Julie, I explained that I wanted a bra fitting and enquired as to whether I needed an appointment, she explained she was available if I wanted the fitting right away.
Julie carried out the fitting in a very discreet, respectful manner, providing lots of samples to try and fully understanding my need and requirements. I bought a couple of gorgeous bras that fit perfectly and extremely comfortable. There is a wonderful selection of bras in the shop to suit all tastes and anything can be ordered. The entire process from start to finish was professional yet extremely friendly. Thank you Julie, I look forward to shopping with you again soon.

The ladies running The Bra Consultancy are knowledgeable, well informed and extremely understanding. I arrived having been sent by my local breast unit to purchase a post surgical bra. I was at a loss on exactly what I needed/had been asked to purchase. These wonderful ladies not only knew but were happy to take to the time to explain to me what products were, how to use them and how this would change depending on what the next stages of my treatment. It was lovely to leave knowing I had been fitted and would be 'fully supported' and able to manage post surgery. As a bonus to my visit I also learnt what a few more terms meant (those ones the nurses and docs use all the time and we never quite know 100% what they mean!). Felt so at ease after a few minutes in the shop and exceptionally confident in the fitting service. Will be returning soon!

I had no idea what size I was following the birth of my baby in late 2020 and was desperately in need of some new bras which fit my new shape. Julie was very knowledgeable and kind and I have come away with a lovely bra (and 2 more on order) which feel and look great. I don’t think I’ll be going anywhere else for my underwear in future. I’ll also be going back in for some swimwear in the new year which I saw as I left! Thank you Julie.

I recently had a bra fitting with Julie the owner. She was knowledgeable, friendly and made me feel at ease. It was my first experience having a bra fitting. I will be a regular customer now, the range she has in the shop is wonderful, with lots of choice.

Having not been fitted properly for a bra for many years my daughter booked me an appointment. I had an extremely pleasant and professional fitting with Kayleigh in Maldon. I felt completely at ease and Kayleigh listened to what I wanted and was able to kit me out with five new bras ordered! (all, I have to say, a completely different size to what I had been wearing - which were far too big around!) They felt comfortable and pretty. Thank you Kayleigh.

Very impressed with my fitting yesterday. Julie gave me great advice, and was very informative throughout the whole experience. I came away with some lovely bras and feel confident that I now have bras that fit! I felt completely at at ease and Julie was very professional throughout.
