I must be another gullible victim of this scam. I too placed my order in April 2022. I emailed back and forth with them being told how they were so backed up but that my order was shipping and I would receive my tracking number. Never did. Now I try contacting them and my emails are getting bounced back as they don't seem to exist anymore.

I still haven't received my stuff either and i order mines April 13,2022 and still haven't heard anything i want my money back.

STOP DO NOT BUY, ITS A SCAM!!!!!!!! I to bought this fake product in April 2022. I still have not received it. Also told my son you be will get it in an email once sent out. No email or product still. I cannot find the phone number to call either. SCAMMERS!!!!!
I want my money back ASAP NOW as you are fake and a scam. I do have a Lawyer and Detective to find you if not contacted with in a day and my refund but back on the card I used.

I fell victim to this scam, I ordered and paid for a shower head, that I never received. I kept contacting them and asking, when I will get the product and they kept telling me, we are so behind in orders, you will receive it soon, then one day, I couldn't ask no more, the company disappeared. How do they get away with this? Where is the better business bureau in all this????

I've never received my order. No emails returned. Bad business.

After placing an order in April 2022 for one of their shower heads, I had to make several inquires as to status and got the run around for over 6 months. When I tried to request a refund, I kept getting the message that the email address was not found.
No refund or word on product received to date.

Straight SCAM!!! Do not order here. Ordered a vortex showerhead 2 months ago and nothing. Even reached out to customer services a number of times and they email excuses back. I am now trying to get my money back at this point. You can't even call to get anyone on the phone.

DO NOT BUY! This is a scam. I saw the ad in FB , but went directly to their website to place my order. I order back in April and I have checked on my order 4 times since April and keep getting the same response “due to volume of orders and demand they are shipping in the order received” so I wait a little while longer then I’m told I can cancel & get a refund which requested refund. Now they’ve ghosted me and the worst part is … bc they strung me along for months… I can no longer even dispute it through bank. They literally stole $100 from me & apparently can get away with it.

Ordered in June 2022. No product sent and cannot reach anyone in customer service. I hate companies that do this.... who has "extra" money for being taken advantage of... lousy. Taking my complaint to the BBB.

I usually do my research when ordering from an unknown source, this one time I didn't. Turns out Amazon carries the same product so I ordered on Amazon. As for this clearwater bullcrap, the same exact thing happened to me ordered in April was told they were very busy Yada Yada. Now I'm asking for a refund..good luck to me...DO NOT BUY!!!

Ordered a showerhead months ago, they told me they would email me a tracking number when it ships, no number. I emailed asking when it would ship, they said they were experiencing high volumes of orders and would notify me when it shipped. Nothing. I've tried to get a refund, they just emailed me and said they're computers were down and they would notify me when fixed. Very angry!

I ordered from them on April 28, 2022 and they charged my card on April 28, 2022. On June 15, 2022 they cancelled my order and promised me a refund. I am still waiting to receive my refund. I filed a complaint against them with the Better Business Bureau. Yesterday I filed a complaint against them with the FL State Attorney General. I would encourage anyone who has experienced their questionable business practices to filed a complaint with the FL State Attorney General. It is online and easy to do. The more complaints they receive about the Clearwater Co, the better.

I ordered several months ago still have not received it I sent them several emails and finally got a refund if I was able to attach screenshots of the emails I sent I would they were not pretty at all a lot of cussing and threatening them with lawsuit everything finally got my refund this month and I believe I ordered back in April

Place an order 3 months ago and no shipping or tracking information has been provided to date. I have contacted them and keep getting told shipping is in progress. This is a fraudulent business. Do not purchase from this company!

If I could give a negative star I would! Hands down the worst company ever. Placed oder in April 2022, still no product! No number to call, only email. After 3 emails sent finally get a response saying they are having positive results on shipping items. Now 3 months later it will not allow me to email them whatsoever! I click send and my email dissappears! Will definitely report them to my bank and see if I can possibly get my money back. It's a damn sham we have people in this world that SCAM people out of money.

Damn why don't I read reviews BEFORE placing orders? I had the exact same experience with this company. Placed 3 orders back in April. Got the same result as many listed in other reviews. No product. Lots of excuses. Now no responses to my emails whatsoever. Will have to hope my bank will remedy my mistake. Ugh.

This company is a scam they kept saying it has shipped but wouldn't give me a tracking number then after three months of them saying that and them rejecting me of asking for a refund they have now been saying for the last month they are working g on refunding me....idk how this has been advertised as a legit company they are most definitely a scam
