Fraudulent company!! Never received product. I emailed the company several times requesting a refund and they just keep saying that my product has been shipped and that all orders are delayed. I placed my order 3 month ago.

This company is a total mess. It tookcover a month and a half to get the shower head delivered. Unfortunately we can't even use the shower heads because I didn't order the mounts. I figured our existing mounts would fit the new shower head. No it does not! You have to order the mount they have on their website. So I ordered them on March 22nd, 2022. I'm still waiting for the arrival. Sent an email a couple weeks ago and a week later they respond with "it's shipped but we cannot provide a tracking number because our system is down". I just sent another email out since it's been almost another 2 weeks. I told them if they don't supply a tracking number I will dispute the charges on my Amex .
Do not purchase from this company, they'll be out of business before long. I notice there aren't any review sites on social media associated with them any longer, probably because of the terrible reviews they've received. I do also believe the reviews on their website are probably fake. Again do not purchase from them.

Do not buy!!!! It is a garbage product that is so cheaply made it is not funny. I got mine in November and the head blew apart today. Cannot believe I wasted money on this product. Contacted them as I believed they offered a 1 year warranty, however if you read more it's for purchase. Just for them to scam you more. This company needs to be shut down!

I got no tracking number. Requesting full refund.

No response to my email & no product delivered. It's been almost a month

This company is a scam. Saw a video review and thought it was a good idea to purchase. Ordered 2 at the same time, money removed from my account immediately. Received confirmation and tracking information less than 24 hours later. Then their website was removed from the internet (it had come up again since), but no information on my tracking information. I have reached out multiple times and only received automated responses. They promised shipment in 7 to 5 business days, but it's been 35 with no delivery, and only received automated responses to inquiry emails about issues.

This has got to be the most unorganized company I have dealt with since the Wish mask fiasco of 2019..I inquired with no response for 1 week, so I sent another message saying if I did not get a response I wanted my money back or I would get together with all the disgruntled customers and file a class action suit I got a response...first they told me they had shipped my order that was ordered early March with express shipping and they would get me a tracking number.. after a week I inquired and that if they could not get me my tracking number I wanted a refund then they told me shipping had been delayed, once again I inquired told them I wanted a refund, now I get a message saying that they will not refund my money and that they will get the tracking numbers out shortly.. DO NOT do business with them.

I wish I would have read these review emails before ordering from this company. I placed the order on 3/23/22, I paid $49.00 & free shipping.
Never heard anything from them until 5 days later when I contacted them thru email. This woman responded a day later. She claimed they were on backorder because of all the other orders that were placed. I guess will let my bank know to file a claim to get a refund.

Ordered shower head in mid-March. As of early April, item has still not shipped. Multiple emails to their "support" (read scam address) resulted in no response. Good thing I paid with a disposable credit card number so they can't use it again. They are a complete fraud. There is no phone number on their site, nor even where they're located. The customer reviews on their site I'm sure are bogus, with no place to leave a review of your own. This is obviously a scam. I will be reporting them for fraud with my state.

I ordered on 03/15. They took my money and it still has not shipped. I have sent multiple emails with no response and there is no contact number to be able to call and cancel the order. This company is a scam.

ABSOLUTELY a JOKE. Ordered a month ago. Nothing wont respond to emails, no phone number last time I ever order something from an internet "store".....

Same thing happened with me. Paid for it but nothing shipped and no response to inquiries. Wish I had read reviews first. Disputed transaction with bank. They’ll deal with it.

This is a horrible company to purchase from. I didn't recieve my merchandise until almost 2 months later. The stones were not sent with it. I recieved bogus emails when trying to reach out. Item came and it looked like something a kid would play with. Very unprofessional company that steals your money

I never received my order and they don't have a phone number to call.

I just came to the conclusion that my product is not coming. What I don't understand is that the post office is telling us that they have it and it is on the way. They should be held accountable for saying so.

I placed an order for a $50 showerhead, and received a confirmation email for my order that gave me the option to “view my order” and “view their store”. Upon clicking to view the status of my order, I was redirected to a page displaying an error message that the store is unavailable. Tried contacting someone and didn’t receive a response until I told them I was reporting them for fraud. I filed a claim with my credit card company…do not buy from this site. It is a complete scam.

Awful. Paid $50 & waited over a month for a cheap piece of plastic & a stick on Mount. Now they are fighting me for a refund despite their promise to refund if you aren't satisfied. I also did not get the mount I ordered or the filters that werw part of the package. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!

Scammers!! They take your money, refuse refunds when their time frame isnt anywhere near accurate. They ship from China, yet they are located in Delray FL. Ordered 11/30/2021 arrived 1/15/2022. The product finally arrives, nothing like in their add, cheap plastic that leaks everywhere. Then when you contact them, they ask you to ship back, at your expense, and they will give a refund, only once they "inspect" that their piece of trash has not been used (how would you know if it works or not if you didn't use it).

This company is trash. I ordered from them without checking reviews and as the Susan said below it has been a month for me and the product never came.

This company makes crap products. Then when you try to return them they won't respond to you so I am going through every single outlet I can to get to them. This company is a scam they are not a company they are a sweatshop in China running under a fake name and convincing people on tiktok to buy their products.
