I am a supporter of small businesses and I tried relentlessly to work with this company. I placed an order for hair but never received my product. I emailed, received a response promising a refund, but never received a refund. I was told it was "processing" for 5 months until I finally reached out to my bank and had them resolve it. I never received my hair. I would proceed with extreme caution when dealing with this company. Maybe you'll receive what you ordered, maybe you won't....I didn't.

Placed an order in June. It’s almost September and I’m still waiting on a resolution for a missing item. They also “stock” products on their website that they actually don’t have and you will spend weeks going back and forth trying to get replacements. After a while, they will simply ignore your emails. Had to file a claim with my bank.

This company is outstanding. I love it. They have a big selection of wigs . Even wigs other sites don’t have. I’m a new customer and have received all my orders!! Will continue to buy from them. Glad I found them!!! Thanks Cocobeauty!!!

I did wait a long time for my order but what I liked the most is that the owner is very much involved when we email when we complain and he will take care of you in the long run. He is very professional and that’s much appreciated. Finally got my order.

If u havnt gotten a refund simply go to your bank or credit card its been ten days haven't got my shit so i filing a claim with my bank im not gine be waiting weeks im.moving do I dont have time to wait

I have been waiting on my refund on a order that they could not fill twice. The wigs were ordered on March 2, 2026. They told me weeks ago I would receive my refund. I still have not received it. I won't order from this company again. They are no longer responding to my emails.

They provided updates regarding status. The product arrived promptly.

I ordered May 6 and received May 14
When I asked customer service about the USPS number someone responded two days later with an update on May 8th and May 11th
They sent all 10 packs of crochet braids and they were in good condition. The braids do to stick to each other if you put a lot in your real hair. I had 5 packs of crochet braids put in. I think the braids may need some kind of braid sheen spray to keep them separated so they don't not stick or tangle together. M.A. Machen DeSoto TX

They have really bad customer service I made a purchase 4 months ago and they were taking too long to send my order so I told them 2 months ago that I just wanted a refund and until this day I still haven’t received my refund they won’t even let me speak to the manager

I love this company because the communication, service and professionalism is top notch! Blair Bloom called me personally to thank me for my purchase. I never experienced that before. Blair provided excellent customer service and informed me right away if there were delays. My wigs are beautiful and I will purchase again soon! I was able to find some purchases at The CoCo beauty that were in stock but out of stock elsewhere. Please consider this company when making your next purchase.

I previously submitted a 1-Star rating because I never received my order and due to the lack of response from customer service.

As of today, DECEMBER 16, 2026: The Cocobeauty company contacted me with their apologies. I was immediately refunded my money back. Days later, I was provided with a discount code by Cocobeauty to repurchase the wigs I originally ordered, but never received then. My package was shipped via Express and arrived two days later!! I am very pleased by their prompt response in providing a resolution. I am now giving the company a 5-Star Rating because they apologized, took immediate action, and provided a resolution to my concerns. I couldn't be more happy with my order. I received the order a lot faster than I expected & it was in perfect condition & the correct wig I had been looking for and couldn’t find anywhere else so I’m beyond grateful!!!

I finally received my items after waiting a while. When I finally received them they were packed very well and everything was just how I wanted it.

Scammy company. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE. I ordered from this website September 8th. Asked for my refund on October 14th cause my order was taking too long. Company promised my refund within 5-8 business days. Here we are in November and I still haven’t gotten my refund.
