The Decking Store Avis 41

Rudest staff Ive ever encountered. Lied about having a part without even checking. I drove an hour to get there. They laughed and said they didn't have it. I told them Id write them a bad review and they said they don't care, they don't read them anyway.

This is the second time we ordered from The Decking Store. Once again, the decking is of excellent quality and was delivered exactly when they said. Must mention Mark the driver who went above and beyond and even put our decking in the garden for us (80+ boards). By far the best quality and value we found. Would highly recommend.

Dan was so helpful in not only giving me a deal but also assisting me in choosing the right decking for me. I’m so thankful for Dan and the Teams work.

Seemingly a make believe company, ordered over a month ago and despite paying a substantial delivery cost, items are yet to be received. Any phone calls or emails have been ignored.
Would not recommend this company at all.

This company has taken my money and we have not received our goods. A month on and after many many calls , texts and website messages we are still being ignored. I have a feeling they may be going bust. If in the next few days we receive our money back , I will gladly remove this review. I hope you read this Mr Dan Webber.

Decking was purchased in May 2021 and installed by a professional landscaper who adhered to the installation as suggested as per the manufacturer's specifications and requirements. Less than 2 years on and the decking has warped is twisted and is completely ruined. The decking will have to be removed as it is currently unsafe.
I have sent 2 emails which remain unanswered and I spoke to a very rude man called Dan on the telephone who said he owned the company ( you would expect more from the proprietor!?). He assured me my email would be addressed and he has not responded. I will now issue court proceedings as this product came with a 10 year manufacturing warranty which has not been actioned.
I would avoid at all costs, cheap product and non existent customer care.

All went well, would have been good to get a delivery date, phone call from delivery driver to tell me he was at my destination and I was not.

Only ordered a sample pack of decking, it arrived on time with no issues, from the samples it seems to be a quality product👍

I posted earlier that I’d not received my decking samples, this has now been rectified through no fault on the Decking Company. I found my samples stuffed in between my log store under my front porch. It would of been helpful if the delivery driver had put a note through to say so. Anyway a big thanks to the Decking Store for brilliant customer service.

The free sample pack was exelent,I phoned to order because I wanted advise and Dan was very helpful, I recieved my order on time in good condition all at a good price.exellent all round will use them again.

Absolutely fantastic service. We had samples from several companies and felt the decking stores were superior. We ordered granite and are thrilled with how it looks now nstalled. It was delivered wheb they said and driver even phoned us when an hour awat. Thanks so much guys. Have already recommended you to friends!

I have ordered samples on two separate occasions and have received nothing!!!!
