Bought 2 items for my dog in October and only recieved 3 months late, for them to offer a £10 gift card which I refused and asked for a refund. To which they blocked my account with themselves and ignored me! I wouldn’t waste your money honestly. Very poor customer service and coat stitching is at poor quality too with strands of cotton hanging from the badge out the front. Absolutely disgusted with the way they have handled this!

I am disappointed as I thought I was buying a down (feather plumage) filled coat. When it arrived, it was polyester. False advertising much..

Fraudulent company also trading under Always Distribution Ltd registered at Company House under no 08771052 selling dog jackets of poor quality and when you request details for a return they fail to reply, when you return by registered signed post they accept the return but do not give you a refund. Disgusting way to behave. We are owed £41.94p since 19th December. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY - Total scam.

Have been trying to get in touch with the company in regards to exchanging an item, it states on there website to email them with the order number within 14days to return or exchange,I have emailed them several times over the last 14days with no reply so have had to open a case with the ombudsman and the better businesses bureau to try and resolve this issue, I would recommend staying away from this company there products are sub-par and they will not reply to you to try and resolve any issues they just straight up ignore any messages

Ordered a "True to Size" jacket that was far too small. Tried numerous times to contact them to sort out my exchange/ refund but no luck with anything. I've tried their email, phone number, facebook and instagram... not a single reply back...

0 stars. No option to give zero stars. I have ordered a jacket three weeks ago. I’ve had an email to say it would be shipped in five days. I’ve sent two emails asking where it is. No replies. I have tried to contact them online chat. No reply. I have tried to call them no answer. I would like a refund.

Ordered my product well over 2 weeks ago now, still haven’t received confirmation or an update! I’ve emailed and wrote on the companies page and haven’t had a response but quick enough to take my money! Avoid this scamming company, will be on the phone to the bank tomorrow for fraud.

Sent coat back for exchange and replacement never turned up. Seems to be a common theme judging by reviews online - they must deliberately make their sizes too small so people return them and don't refund/send out exchanges. Tried every avenue to contact them with no response, do not buy from this shocking company your dog is better off without :)

Ordered a coat from this company 6 weeks ago and it never showed up. Sent several emails requesting an update or even some tracking details, all have been ignored and no response received.

I Ordered 2 x dog jumpers. Both were too small. I returned them recorded delivery. No refund, no replacements, no further contact.

their communication is personal, with a lot of care. The website works well. Tge price very reasonable.

Was too small. But the issue was quickly rectified by contacting me and doing an exchange. Good service
