I am writing to express my absolute outrage regarding my recent order. This has been, without a doubt, the worst online shopping experience I have ever encountered.
It has been over 9 days since I placed my order, during which I received zero updates. My inquiries via your service chat were completely ignored. It was only after I went out of my way to email headquarters that I was told—two days later—that the item is out of stock and a refund will be issued.
This is completely unacceptable. If an item is out of stock, it should never have been listed for sale. Holding my money for 10 days only to tell me you can't fulfill the order is a total failure of service.
I will never shop here again, and I will be sure to share this experience on every review platform possible. I expect immediate confirmation that my refund has been processed.

In some cases, brand inventory can fluctuate quickly, including situations where items appear available due to recent restocks, but are then found to be unavailable during allocation. That said, this does not excuse the delay in communicating this to you, and we’re sorry this was only confirmed after you followed up.
Your refund has been processed, and you should receive confirmation shortly if you haven’t already. We take feedback like yours seriously, as it highlights areas where we need to improve stock visibility and communication, especially in a marketplace environment. While we regret that this experience has understandably impacted your trust, we do appreciate you bringing it to our attention.

Easy return process
I purchased some runners, but unfortunately they needed to be returned. DOM made the process very simply and refunded me the money as soon as they could see that the company had received the shoes back.

At first, I was honestly a bit skeptical because the price at The DOM was so good and it was a brand I had never heard of before. I did check the reviews, but I still had some doubts.
After placing my order and receiving the package, I was genuinely surprised. The item was very well packed, and I received exactly what I ordered in perfect condition.
What impressed me even more was the email I received from Justin, the CEO of The DOM, after my purchase, asking if I could leave a review. I’ve received many emails like that from other sellers before, but this one felt different. It felt sincere and genuine.
I usually don’t leave reviews unless I’m truly satisfied, but this time I wanted to. Not only did I get a great product at a great price, but I was also touched by the seller’s passion for his business.

Excellent shopping interface. Shipping timeframes also good for my location (metro Sydney). Only improvement would be the shipping tracker which seems to lag real time, so I was pleasantly surprised by the delivery.
